Abstract
This invention pertains to system and procedure for managing the process of verification of food safety and agricultural products by applying information communications technologies and devices and advanced sensor and actuator systems. The described system and process controls the entire process from issuing a request for verification and control in the area of food and agricultural products, over taking samples being examined on the field, laboratory and other analyses, till payment of provided inspection/laboratory/consulting and other services and issuance of digitally signed certificates of performed verifications. The system includes advanced Internet of Things sensor and actuator subsystem based on sensor, actuator and meta-material array dedicated but not limited to monitoring and influencing to geographical, physical, chemical and biological state vectors on land lots included into system.The system includes standalone or within leased "cloud computing" environment central information system, which contains central database with relevant data, modules for providing expert advices, accounting sub-system for invoicing of services, as well as portals for communicating with mobile devices and PC computers. The system also includes personal mobile computers for communication with the central information system as well as for support inspectors in the field during taking geographic coordinates and pictures of samples, chemical and other analyses as well as printing of labels for labeling samples taken.
