Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of chemistry and relates to the means for fire extinguishing, fire preventing, bringing down all kinds of flying dust as well as preventing the formation of ice and snow deposits and their melting, to a temperature of -32 C.The present invention has solved a technical problem of chemical means whose active components and manufacturing process combines the scope of application in different spheres of environmental protection and material goods.The present invention enables more rapid and efficient fire-fighting, its significant slowdown, as well as significant improvement of the fire resistance materials, preventing its ignition and combustion, it resolves a suppression of flying dust on all open surfaces, as well as airborne dust indoors. In addition, it solves a problem of making and retaining of ice and snowdrifts on the exposed surfaces in conditions of extremely low temperatures (up to -32 C).This is achieved by using a mixture solution of inorganic salts, wetting agents and organic components in the weight proportions adapted to the type of treated material or intended purpose.
