Abstract
Sistemul de actionare a pachetului aruncator la matritele de injectat materiale termoplastice cu formarea pieselor în doua etaje asigura cresterea securitatii muncii operatorului si independenta efectuarii cursei de scoatere a pieselor din placa de formare aflata pe semipachetul fix de cursa maxima de deschidere a platourilor de prindere ale masinii de injectie, prin aceea ca, dupa cum se vede în fig. 1, ca urmare a deschiderii matritei în planul I, capetele suruburilor speciale asamblate cu placa pachetului aruncator ajung pe suprafata inferioara a placii astfel încît, prin deschiderea în continuare a matritei, pachetul aruncator efectueaza cursa de scoatere a pieselor din cuiburile aflate în placa, dupa care, datorita subansamblului de comanda, se elibereaza placa si matrita se deschide în planul II.The casting system for die casting molds for injection molded thermoplastic materials with two-piece molding ensures increased operator safety and independent removal performance of the molding plate on the fixed half section of the maximum opening stroke of the machine of the injection, in that, as shown in FIG. 1, due to the opening of the mold in the plane I, the heads of the special screws assembled with the plunger plate reach the lower surface of the plate so that, by further opening the mold, the throwing package performs the race to remove the pieces from the nests in the plate after which, due to the control subassembly, releases the board and the mold opens in plane II.
