Inventia se refera la noi derivati de 1,4-benzoxazepinona printr-un procedeu de largire de ciclu a unor alfa-pirono-4-cromanone substituite, obtinându-se 1,4 -benzoxazepinone care poseda un ciclu cumarinic. Inventia reprezinta o modificare a reactiei are loc migrarea anionotropa a restului alifatic din cetona ciclica datorita actiunii activante a oxigenului din catena acestuia. Substantele preparate sunt caracterizate analitic si spectral, randamentele fiind foarte bune.The invention relates to novel 1,4-benzoxazepinone derivatives by a ring-widening process of substituted alpha-pyrrolo-4-chromanones to give 1,4-benzoxazepinones possessing a coumarinic cycle. The invention represents a modification of the reaction, the aniontropic migration of the aliphatic residue of the cyclic ketone occurs due to the activating action of the oxygen in the chain thereof. The prepared substances are analytically and spectral characterized, the yields being very good.
