Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru verificarea sau masurarea unghiurilor formate de doua suprafete, obtinute prin prelucrarea mecanica sau printr-o operatie de asamblare. Solutia tehnica propusa, consta în utilizarea unui circuit electric închis sau întrerupt, în scopul surprinderii momentulu de contact dintre un palpator mobil care împreuna cu doua palpatoare fixe defineste un plan al dispozitivului, iar cea de a doua suprafata care defineste unghiul care se verifica sau se masoara fiind cea pe care se aseaza corpul de baza al dispozitivului. Deplasarile efectuate de palpatorul mobil în scopul asezarii planului determinat de palpatorul mobil si cele doua palpatoare fixe pe cea de a doua suprafata care determina unghiul de verificat, se transmit si se citesc la un comparator, transformîndu-se apoi abaterea lineara în abatere de unghi fata de unghiul la care a fost reglat cu o cala etalon.The invention relates to a device for checking or measuring the angles formed by two surfaces, obtained by mechanical machining or by an assembly operation. The proposed technical solution consists in the use of a closed or interrupted electrical circuit in order to capture the moment of contact between a mobile touch probe which together with two fixed detectors defines a plane of the device and the second surface defining the angle to be checked or the measurement is the one on which the body of the device is placed. The displacements performed by the mobile touch probe to position the plane determined by the mobile touch probe and the two fixed detectors on the second surface that determines the angle to be checked are transmitted and read to a comparator, then converting the linear deviation to the forward angle offset by the angle at which it was adjusted with a standard gauge.
