Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unor antibiotice macrolide cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) si care consta în aceea ca microorganismul Streptomyces fradiae ATCC 31733 se cultiva pe un mediu de cultura continînd surse asimilabile de carbon alese dintre dextrina, glucoza, amidon, surse de azot alese dintre aminoacizi, faina de peste, uleiuri nutritive ca ulei de soia, saruri anorganice nutritive, în conditii de fermentatie aeroba submersibila, la temperaturi între 10 si 40 degree C, de preferinta 28 degree C, la pH=7,2, pîna la obtinerea unei cantitati substantiale de produs dupa care antibioticul se izoleaza dupa metode în sine cunoscute si daca se doreste se trece sub forma de esteri sau saruri prin procedee cunoscute.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of macrolide antibiotics of the general formula I (see formula) which consists in that the microorganism Streptomyces fradiae ATCC 31733 is cultured on a culture medium containing assimilable carbon sources selected from dextrin, glucose, starch, nitrogen sources selected from amino acids, fish flour, nutritive oils such as soybean oil, inorganic salts, under conditions of submersible aerobic fermentation, at temperatures between 10 and 40 ° C, preferably 28 ° C, at pH = 7 , 2, until a substantial amount of product is obtained after which the antibiotic is isolated according to methods known per se and, if desired, is converted into the esters or salts by known methods.
