Abstract
Procedeul de extragere a bitumului din concentrate si subproduse bismutifere, conform inventiei, prevede topirea directa a acestora la 950....1050 degree C, timp de circa 10 h. în scopul obtinerii unor randamente ridicate de extracte a tuturor elementelor utile, supune topirii amestecul constituit din zgura bismutifera rezultata la prelucrarea namolului anodic de la rafinarea electrolitica a Pb, cu continut de 20....45% Bi sub forma de Bi2O3 si concentrat de bismutina cu continut de 15....30% Bi sub forma de Bi2S3, la un raport cuprins între 6 : 4 si 1 : 1 rezultînd o mata cuproasa care se prelucreaza, în continuare, uzual si un aliaj de Bi-Pb cu continut de 40....80% Bi si 15....40% Pb, care se supune operatiilor de rafinare, în sine cunoscute, pentru obtinerea bismutului brut.
