Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un ansamblu castron de formă sferică, având o configuraţie care diminuează substanţial posibilitatea ca, în timpul prelucrării mecanice a alimentelor, stropi alimentari să se răspândească în afara castronului în zona de lucru. Ansamblul conform invenţiei este compus dintr-un castron (4) de formă sferică, realizat dintr-un material plastic termorezistent opac, având aplicat pe fund un strat (7) din silicon termorezistent, şi care are, la partea superioară, o garnitură (6) circulară din silicon transparent termorezistent, peste care se ataşează o extensie (3) detaşabilă mediană de formă sferică cu deschidere la partea superioară şi inferioară, din material plastic transparent termorezistent, care are o garnitură (6') circulară din silicon transparent termorezistent la partea inferioară şi o garnitură (5) circulară din silicon transparent termorezistent la partea superioară, şi un capac (2) din material plastic transparent, termorezistent, care are o garnitură (5') circulară din silicon transparent termorezistent şi un mâner (1) de prindere sferic realizat dintr-un material plastic termorezistent opac.
