Abstract
The invention relates to an asymmetric substituted tetrapyrrole compound, to a process for preparing the same and to the use thereof as an active substance in pharmaceutical forms intended to be employed in antitumour therapy. According to the invention, the compound is 5-[(3,4-methylene-dioxy)phenyl]-10,15,20-tris-(4-carboxymethylphenyl)-21,23H porphine of the following structural formula.
