ANATOMICE MARILARGE ANATOMICS

The invention relates to a method and apparatus for stimulating local and general vital functions through a specific pulsed action on large anatomical segments. The stimulation is performed from the outside, the patient being lying on his back (lying on his back) on the table of the device. It is applied in the medical sector of kinetotherapy and general medical recovery.

General data: to understand the method, I state some biophysiological data. Everything that means life, involves metabolism that includes two physiological phases: one anabolic (assimilation, feeding, growth) and another catabolic (redox, burning, drainage). The anabolic phase has an intrinsic, fundamental characteristic, that of unfolding dynamically, but not anyway but rhythmically, pulsed in a cadence specific to each living being and to each anatomical apparatus.

The main functions of living organisms that sustain life and are subject to an autonomous rhythmic system are the functions of respiration and circulation provided by the lung and the respiratory tree respectively of the heart and blood vessels.

The functions of the two devices have two distinct phases of manifestation: an active one, the stimulating tonic that of inspiration, respectively systole (contractile phase of the heart), which are rhythmic in specific cadences: breathing of 1620 / min .; pulse 60-80 beats / min. This is the anabolic, constructive phase of life; its characteristic is pulsed dynamics. The other is a passive dynamic phase: expires, respectively diastole through which the two devices relax; in it the catabolic processes take place. It can be seen that the anabolic processes overlap with the active dynamic phase of the pulsed rhythmic movements.

Starting from this observation, we experienced pulsed external stimulation, with different frequencies on several areas of the body. After many experiments and observations, we realized that external stimulation on large anatomical segments, pulsed at a rate of 60-80 per minute, ie the heart rate, provides truly exceptional therapeutic results. For a while I performed these stimuli manually, but it is very tiring; this fact led me to think of a device that would perform these stimuli according to the working method.

După încheierea procedurii terapeutice conform metodei, pacientul trebuie sa ramana in repaus inca 15-30 min.The working method is characterized by the fact that: while the patient is lying on his back (dorsal decubitus) relaxed on a treatment bed, rhythmic, pulsed movements of lifting and lowering large anatomical segments for the head and limbs will be performed; the rhythm and amplitude of the movements are adapted according to the patient's condition and age, for example, for the trunk and limbs: for those with high muscle tone or high joint stiffness or advanced age, the amplitude and frequency will be at the minimum - gradually increasing as which will relax. The minimum frequency limit means 60 / minute, and the minimum amplitude limit is the maximum limit of free movement of the employed anatomical segment, but not exceeding 30 centimeters (maximum); the maximum rate is 80 / minute. For stimulation at the back the treatment table is tilted forward at 45 degrees. For the head the movements will be performed as follows: the head being in the extension of the neck relaxed lying down, horizontally, on the table of the device is considered is in the zero position; from this position the maximum free inclination mobility is tested manually: left / right and up / down (front / rear); then the stimulation movements will be performed at the rate of 60 / minute with the minimum amplitude (that of the maximum free mobility tested) from point zero as follows: zero-left / zero-right / zero-up / zero-down, maximum duration 1 minute. Stimulation duration for each anatomical segment: minimum 1 minute, maximum 2 minutes. Intensity of the up / down movements (up / down, go / come) of the anatomical segment in a pulsed way, ie, firm, relatively sudden, but of 2017 00433 29/06/2017 painless, like a slight jerk they have as effect the metabolic stimulation of the engaged segment, and through the generated peristaltic wave they have both remote effect and stimulating effect on many general functions. Observation: in obese people the pulsed stimulation at the level of the lower limbs generates the peristaltic wave that propagates towards the head in a visible way - it will wait until the peristaltic wave reaches the head, then the next stimulation will be repeated; in people with tense muscle contracture, the repetition of the stimulation is performed after the appearance of relaxation; in people with live muscle reflexes after stimulation a strong reflex contraction occurs - it is expected that this contraction will pass after which the next stimulation is repeated. In situations consistent with this observation, biological adaptability is required in order not to overlap oscillating waves that can reduce or cancel the therapeutic effect, so except for the stimulation rate, which drops to 30 / min, compared to the usual (60-80 / min). After completion of the therapeutic procedure according to the method, the patient should remain at rest for another 15-30 minutes.

Mișcarea pulsata in maniera descrisa declanșează o unda stimulatoare pentru toate structurile din segmentul angajat: interoceptori, exteroceptori si proprioceptori; capilare, artere, vene, vase limfatice, țesuturi specifice, placi neuromusculare, nervi ,oase si va trezi si stimula inteligenta țesutului conjunctiv care va acționa complex in tot corpul. Unda stimulatoare se propaga fizic la distanta in mod ondulator, similar căderii unei pietre in lac. The pulsed movement in the manner described triggers a stimulating wave for all structures in the engaged segment: interoceptors, exteroceptors and proprioceptors; capillaries, arteries, veins, lymphatic vessels, specific tissues, neuromuscular plaques, nerves, bones and will awaken and stimulate the intelligence of connective tissue that will act complex throughout the body. The stimulating wave propagates physically at a distance in an undulating manner, similar to the fall of a stone in the lake. The effect of this pulsed stimulation is exerted by the mobilizing effect of fluids in the region, but especially by the complex local reflex mechanism and the whole body by receptors and mechanisms. multiple; comparative -biophysiological is the reaction of a living being that reacts to the critical intensity of a blunt stimulus reflex '.neurological, endocrine, vascular, muscular, metabolic to defend itself, mobilizing unsuspected resources for recovery from the given situation. These complex biological mechanisms authorize the method of pulsed external stimulation on large anatomical segments whose clinical therapeutic effects are exceptional.

The anatomical segments specifically targeted for each stimulation are: leg and leg / knees and thigh / thigh and hip / iliac bone and sacroiliac symphysis / forearm, elbow and hand / scapula, shoulder and arm / spine along its entire length / suprascapular region / neck and head / preaxillary, supramammary region / abdomen.

Seva respecta următoarea succesiune anatomica: membre inferioare/ membre superioare/trunchi (spate ,piept, abdomen)/ gat, cap; centripet si de jos in sus, postero-anterior.Seva observes the following anatomical sequence: lower limbs / upper limbs / trunk (back, chest, abdomen) / neck, head; centripetal and from bottom to top, postero-anterior.

The pulsed movements for the paired segments will be performed symmetrically, bilaterally even if the condition is unilateral and will start with the unaffected or less affected part.

Not all segments need to be worked on in a meeting. Only one anatomical segment can be treated. For the affected or elderly, the rule Less is more will be observed.

The effect is spectacular most of the time; for example. relatively old pain in the knees, shoulders, hips, paresthesias, neuralgia, improves a lot or disappears after a stimulus session.

Senzație subiectiva generala ,comuna imediat după stimulare pulsata: simt căldură in regiunea segmentului stimulat sau/ si in tot corpul , ma simt mai ușor , simt o eliberare , simt ca trăiesc; somnolenta sau somn.General subjective sensation, common immediately after pulsed stimulation: I feel warmth in the region of the stimulated segment and / or in the whole body, I feel lighter, I feel a release, I feel that I live; drowsiness or sleepiness.

If the stimulation is performed on several anatomical segments, it is possible that in the next 2-3 days a slight muscle fever will appear. That is why the therapy sessions will be of maximum 1-2 / week; in my experience, common cases do not even need more than 1-3 sessions to solve a problem.

Contraindicatii ale metodei de stimulare pulsata: afecțiuni acute generale, stări comatoase sau terminale, accident vascular acut, infarct miocardic acut, tromboflebita acuta.Contraindications to the method of pulsed stimulation: general acute conditions, comatose or terminal conditions, acute stroke, acute myocardial infarction, acute thrombophlebitis.

In paralysis, paresis, ataxia where the lesion is located on the brain - by performing a pulsed stimulation on the limbs especially on the lower limbs are obtained quite quickly effects of postural safety, safety and grip, improving balance which means the transfer of the effect biological stimulus from one pole to the other - opposite of the body; this effect I called the Whip Effect. It is in biophysiology that stimulating wave which is transmitted through a flexible structure, critically induced at one end and which is expressed at the opposite end. This effect gives an additional chance of therapeutic benefit to patients with neurological conditions who are currently being treated with physical therapy and medical gymnastics, only for the local effect of preventing muscle atrophy and joint stiffness.

So far we have described the Therapeutic Method by pulsed external stimulation on large anatomical segments and the whip effect obtained by this therapy. Next I will describe: The device that mechanically performs the method of external pulsed stimulation on large anatomical segments.

Segmentul 11 are grad de libertate si in plan orizontal- stanga/dreapta. Aparatul mai are un sistem de Susținere, înclinare la 45 grade si Fixare in poziție ( SIF din fig.2 si 3).The device is characterized by the fact that it consists of a rectangular mass, soft to the touch, the size of a single bed, consisting of 11 independent mobile segments located in the same plane, each addressing an anatomical segment engaged in therapy (fig. l) - top view and (fig. 2) - side view. Segments 1-11 have a degree of individual and vertical mobilization - up from the horizontal plane of the device table. Segment 11 has a degree of freedom in the horizontal-left / right plane. To mobilize segments 7-10 of the device, the table will be tilted forward at an angle of 45 degrees, so that the pulsed movement of these segments will cause the spine to relax (Fig. 3). The segments of the apparatus act accordingly on the anatomical segments as follows: 1 on the leg-leg; 2 on the knee-thigh; 3 on the thigh-hip; 4 on iliac bone-sacroiliac symphysis; 5 on the hand-elbow-forearm; 6 on arm-shoulder-scapula; 7 on the bone of the lumbar sacrum; 8,9,10 on the dorsal and suprascapular spine; 11 on the cervical region-cap. The device also has a system of Support, inclination at 45 degrees and Fixing in position (SIF in fig.2 and 3).

Motorul M este conectat la panoul de comanda PC.The functionality of the device refers to (fig.4) and is characterized in that the movement of each segment of the device is achieved by the support and sliding rods (a) fixed to the base of the segments, which slide through the slots (b) fixed by the table structure. At the base of the segments is articulated a movable lever (c), which at its other end is articulated on the pulley (s) of the stepper motor M, so that the controlled movement of the rotation of the pulley (e) by the connecting rod-crank mechanism of the movable lever (c) is transformed into controlled linear motion of the machine segments. Motor M is connected to the PC control panel.

Suspendarea de aceasta maniera permite in plus detensionare coloanei vertebrale.Segmentul 10 actioneaza in regiunea suprascapulara deblocand regiunea respectiva, foarte frecvent încordata. The device works in a horizontal position by inducing a vertical movement for segments l-6.All from the horizontal position also works for the segment 11 for the cervical-head region, as previously described. An segment 11 is located an elastic band (fig. 1 -b) for fixing the head. For the action of segments 7-10 the table is tilted to 45 degrees (fig. 3). During this time the patient is supported with two armpit straps, fixed to the cranial end of the device table (fig. 4-c) which prevents the patient from slipping on the table. Suspension in this way allows additional relaxation of the spine. Segment 10 acts in the suprascapular region unblocking the region, very frequently tense.

There is a possibility that from a horizontal position, the patient stands face up, as usual, to attach two elastic plates to be operated all pulsed over the abdomen and over the supramammary-preaxillary region where lymphatic stasis frequently occurs, but this pulsed stimulation is easy to perform and manual similar to heart massage.

The essential problem solved by the invention is characterized by the fact that it performs the treatment by pulsed external stimulation on large anatomical segments.

Avantaje: Tratamentul se efectuează in poziție confortabila a pacientului. Eficacitate maxima in interval de timp scurt. The patient does not feel pain during treatment. Maximum effectiveness in a short time. Local therapeutic effects, but also at a distance, but also general obtained in the same session. Short treatment sessions: 1-2 minutes per anatomical segment. Learning how the device works, fast by the operator-therapist. Energy consumption, low. Silence.

Other devices used in physiotherapy and medical gymnastics in a similar way: Device for passive, mechanical gymnastics, but it uses another principle, that of joint mobilization and passive balancing. There are also massage vibrators, they use high frequencies, low intensities operated on areas small. Similarly there is also manual percussion massage, different from this one; used only for relaxation. There is also a lymphatic drainage device that uses the principle of peristaltic wave with antigravitational action for the lower limbs.

The method of pulsed external stimulation on large anatomical segments, as well as the device that applies the method is addressed to medical treatments in the field of physiotherapy and general medical gymnastics.

Observație ¢0 a 2017 00433l) The method of treatment by pulsed external stimulation on large anatomical segments is characterized by the fact that: while the patient is lying on his back (supine position) relaxed on a treatment bed, rhythmic, pulsed movements of lifting and lowering large anatomical segments for the trunk of the head and limbs; the rhythm and amplitude of the movements are adapted according to the patient's condition and age, for example, for the trunk and limbs: for those with high muscle tone or high joint stiffness or advanced age, the amplitude and frequency will be at the minimum - gradually increasing as which will relax. The minimum frequency limit means 60 / minute, and the minimum amplitude limit is the maximum free movement limit of the employed anatomical segment, but not exceeding 30 centimeters (maximum limit); the maximum rate is 80 / minute. To stimulate the back, the treatment table is tilted forward at 45 degrees. For the head, the movements will be performed as follows: the head being in the extension of the neck relaxed lying down, horizontally, on the table of the device is considered to be in zero position; from this position the maximum free inclination mobility is tested manually: left / right and up / down (front / rear); then the stimulation movements will be performed at the rate of 60 / minute with the amplitude of the minirha (that of the maximum free mobility tested) from the zero point as follows: zero-left / zero-right / zero-up / zero-down, maximum duration 1 minute. Stimulation duration for each anatomical segment: minimum 1 minute, maximum 2 minutes. The intensity of the up / down movements (up / down, go / come) of the anatomical segment in a pulsed way, ie it is firm, relatively sudden, but painless, like a slight jerk. The effect of metabolic stimulation is local for the engaged segment, and through the peristaltic wave generated is transmitted to distant anatomical segments plus stimulating effect on many general functions. După încheierea procedurii terapeutice conform metodei, pacientul trebuie sa ramana in repaus inca 15-30 min.29/06/2017 in obese people the pulsed stimulation at the level of the lower limbs generates the peristaltic wave that propagates towards the head visibly - it will wait until the peristaltic wave reaches the head, then the next stimulation will be repeated; in people with tense muscle contracture, the repetition of the stimulation is performed after the appearance of relaxation; in people with live muscle reflexes after stimulation a strong reflex contraction occurs - it is expected that this contraction will pass after which the next stimulation is repeated. Rai, după numele autorului.2) The method of treatment claimed in point 1, characterized in that it will be called the Dr. Rai Method, after the author's name. 2). 1-b) care fixeaza capul pe segmentul 11 pentru modul de stimulare coloana cervicala-cap.3) Apparatus for performing mechanical treatment by the method of pulsed external stimulation on large anatomical segments, which is characterized in that: it consists of a mass the size of a bed of one person, consisting of 11 mobile, independent segments that address anatomical segments engaged in therapy, as seen from above in (Fig. 1) or laterally in (Fig. 2). Each segment moves on the vertical axis relative to the horizontal plane of the device; in addition, segment 11 also moves horizontally; each segment is supported and fixed by (fig. 4), rods (a) sliding through fixed recesses (b), allowing the vertical mobility of the 11 segments. Each segment is connected by a movable lever (c) to a pulley (s) which through the connecting rod-crank mechanism transmits a reciprocating sliding movement in the vertical axis to segments 1-11. The pulley (s) belongs to a stepper motor (M) which is connected and controlled by the control panel (PC). It coordinates the movement of each segment as speed-intensity, amplitude, frequency, duration in vertical axis relative to the table plane of the device, corresponding to the pulsed method claimed in point 1. Segment 11 is fixed to the table by a ball joint mechanism so as to allow movement both vertically and horizontally. The device has a support bracket equipped with a manual or automatic mechanism for tilting at 45 degrees and fixing in position (fig.2-SIF) and (fig.3SIF). It also has two straps (fig.l-c) which fixes the body on the table, not allowing it to slip when it is tilted at 45 degrees and an elastic band (fig. 1-b) that fixes the head on the segment 11 for the cervical spine-head stimulation mode. The whip effect, as a name in biophysiology and therapy; obtained by the treatment method claimed in point 1, which is characterized in that the pulsed stimulation of the lower or upper limbs generates therapeutic effects in diseases belonging to the brain. It is the effect similar to a whip or a rope to which if a firm impulse is applied to reach a critical dynamic threshold, depending on its length, thickness, flexibility, it is transmitted, even amplified, to the other end (opposite). Through this remote effect - whip effect - from the legs, a stimulating, anabolic pulsating dynamic wave can be transmitted to the brain (to which, normally, you cannot have access being located in a rigid bone carcass).
