Invenția se refera la o metoda si aparat pentru stimularea funcțiilor vitale locale si generale printr-o acționare specifica pulsata pe segmente anatomice mari. Stimularea se efectuiaza din exterior, pacientul fiind culcat in decubit dorsal (culcat pe spate ) pe masa aparatului. Se aplica in sectorul medical de kinetoterapie si recuperare medicala generala.The invention relates to a method and apparatus for stimulating local and general vital functions through a specific pulsed action on large anatomical segments. Faza anabolica are o caracteristica intrinseca, fundamentala, aceea de a se desfasura dinamic, dar nu oricum ci ritmic, pulsat intr-o cadența specifica fiecărei ființe vii si fiecărui aparat anatomic in parte.General data: to understand the method, I state some biophysiological data. Funcțiile celor doua aparate au doua faze distincte de manifestare:una activa, tonica stimulatoare cea de inspirație, respectiv sistola(faza contractila a cordului), care sunt ritmice in cadențele specifice: respirația de 1620/ min.; puls 60-80 batai/ min.Aceasta constituie faza anabolica ,constructiva a vieții; caracteristica ei este dinamica pulsata. Pornind de la aceasta observație, am experimentat stimularea externa pulsata , cu frecvente diferite pe mai multe zone ale corpului. După multe experimentări si observații, am realizat ca stimularea externa pe segmente anatomice mari, pulsata cu un ritm de 60-80 pe minut, adica ritmul inimii, oferă rezultate terapeutice de-a dreptul excepționale. Un timp am efectuat aceste stimulări manual, dar este foarte obositor; acest fapt m-a determinat sa gândesc un aparat care sa realizeze aceste stimulări conform metodei de lucru.Starting from this observation, we experienced pulsed external stimulation, with different frequencies on several areas of the body. Metoda de lucru se caracterizează prin aceea ca: in timp ce pacientul sta întins pe spatețdecubit dorsal) relaxat pe un pat de tratament ,se vor efectua mișcările ritmate,pulsate de ridicare si coborâre a unor segmente mari anatomice pentru trunchi cap si membre; ritmul si amplitudinea mișcărilor se adapteaza in funcție de afecțiunea si varsta pacientului, de exemplu, pentru trunchi si membre: la cei cu tonicitate mare a musculaturii sau rigiditate articulara mare sau varsta înaintata, amplitudinea si frecventa vor fi la limita minima- crescând gradual pe măsură ce se vor relaxa.Limita minima a frecventei însemnând 60/ minut,iar limita minima a amplitudinii este limita maxima de mișcare libera a segmentului anatomic angajat, dar nedepasind 30 centimetri( maxim); ritmul maxim este 80/ minut.Pentru stimularea la nivelul spatelui masa de tratament sta înclinată spre in fata la 45 grade .Pentru cap mișcările se vor efectua după cum urmeaza: capul fiind in prelungirea gatului relaxat culcat, orizontal, pe masa aparatului este considerat a se afla in poziție zero; din aceasta poziție se testează manual mobilitatea maxima de înclinare libera: stanga/ dreapta si sus/jos (anterior/ posterior); apoi se vor efectua mișcările de stimulare in ritmul de 60/ minut cu amplitudinea minima (aceea a mobilității maxime libere testate) din punctul zero astfel: zero-stanga/ zero-dreapta/ zero- sus/ zero-jos, durata maxima 1 minut. Durata de stimulare pentru fiecare segment anatomic: minim 1 minut, maxim 2 minute.Intensitatea mișcărilor de ridicare/coborare (sus/jos, du-te/vino) a segmentului anatomic in mod pulsat adica, ferm, relativ brusc,dar a 2017 00433 29/06/2017 nedureros, ca o smucitura ușoara au ca efect stimularea metabolica a segmentului angajat, iar prin unda peristaltica generata au si efect la distanta cat si efect stimulativ asupra multor funcții generale. Aparatul se caracterizează prin aceea ca se compune dintr-o masa dreptunghiulara, moale la palpare, de dimensiunile unui pat de una persoana, alcatuita din 11 segmente mobile independente situate in același plan, fiecare adresandu-se unui segment anatomic angajat in terapie (fig. l)-vedere de sus si ( fig. 2)-vedere din lateral.Segmentele 1-11 au grad de mobilizare individual si in plan vertical- in sus fata de planul orizontal al mesei aparatului. Segmentul 11 are grad de libertate si in plan orizontal- stanga/dreapta. Pentru mobilizarea segmentelor 7-10 ale aparatului, masa se va înclina in fata la un unghi de 45 grade, astfel incat mișcarea pulsata a acestor segmente sa determine si detensionarea coloanei vertebralei fig.3). Segmentele aparatului actioneaza corespunzător pe segmentele anatomice după cum urmeaza: 1 pe picior-gamba; 2 pe genunche-coapsa; 3 pe coapsa-sold; 4 pe os iliac-simfiza sacroiliaca; 5 pe mana-cot-antebrat; 6 pe brat-umar-scapula; 7 pe osul sacrucoloana lombara; 8,9,10 pe coloana dorsala si suprascapular; 11 pe regiunea cervicala-cap.
