Abstract
The invention relates to a method of encapsulation of vitamins and/or nutrients into liposomes. According to the invention, the method consists in mixing a phospholipid solution with a solution of water-soluble vitamins and/or nutrients, for 3 min, at a temperature of 21°C and a rotary speed of 4000 rpm, admixing the fat-soluble vitamins/nutrients while stirring, ultrasonication for 30 min at a field power of 100 W/cm, to result in the encapsulation of vitamins and/or nutrients as liposomal vesicles having a size of 1...3 μm.
