Abstract

The invention relates to a process for preparing fodder for monogastric and/or ruminant animals. According to the invention, the process comprises the vinasse normalization up to 15% DM, the yeast cells plasmolysis and the humification of vinasse melanoidin compounds by treatment with laccase and intermittent homogenization under pressure, followed by drying the distiller's wash and the fermentation yeast to result in a distiller's dry wash with soluble products, mixing 95 parts of distiller's dry wash with 5 parts of vinasse, densifying the mixture by pressing, to finally result in a granulated fodder.
