Abstract

The invention relates to an auxiliary material based on Ca, S and N, which results as a by-product from the technological process of preparing collagen-based biostimulators and biofertilizers, the material being used in the field of agriculture for the complementary treatment of poor soils for the cultivation of cereals or other types of plants. According to the invention, the auxiliary material is obtained as a by-product in the process of preparing collagen-based fertilizers, by hydrolysis with calcium hydroxide, in the neutralization step with sulphuric acid, resulting in a paste with a concentration of at least 50% dry matter, containing minimum 40% Ca and S and minimum 6% protein relative to the amount of dry matter, and which can be dried in the form of granules with minimum 80% dry matter, the thus obtained material exhibiting biostimulation properties for the growth of corn plants and other plants, when dosed as a paste or granules in an amount of 2...20 t/ha.

Invenția prezintă un material auxiliar pe baza de Ca, S si N, care rezulta ca produs secundar din procesul tehnologic de preparare a biostimulatorilor si biofertilizatorilor pe baza de colagen, si se adresearza agriculturii, pentru tratarea complementara a solului, in cultura cerealelor sau a altor tipuri plante.The invention presents an auxiliary material based on Ca, S and N, which results as a secondary product from the technological process of preparing biostimulators and biofertilizers based on collagen, and is intended for agriculture, for the complementary treatment of the soil, in the culture of cereals or other plant types.

Exemplul 2: Material auxiliar pe baza de Ca, S si N, sub forma de granule cu 88% substanța uscata, care utilizat la tratarea solului pentru cultura porumbului sau a altor plante, prin dozarea in concentratii de 1,5 t/ha, 3 t/ha sau 6 t/ha, are ca efect stimularea metabolismului plantelor prin creșterea indexului de clorofila (Figurile 1Asi B), comparativ cu martorul tratat cu apa, cu 75% in prima etapa de vegetație si cu 36,4%, in a a doua etapa de vegetație. Claims (2)

1. Material auxiliar pe baza de Ca, S si N, caracterizat prin aceea ca se obține ca produs secundar in procesul de preparare al fertilizantilor pe baza de colagen, prin hidroliza cu hidroxid de calciu, in etapa de neutralizare cu acid sulfuric, când rezulta o pasta cu concentrație de minim 50% substanța uscata, cu conținut de minim 40% calciu si sulf si minim 6% proteine (% raportate la substanța uscata), si care se poate usca sub forma de granule cu minim 80% substanța uscata, care are proprietăți fertilizante pentru solul destinat culturilor agricole.1.
