Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu hidrometalurgic, de separare şi recuperare a bismutului din nămolul anodic rezultat de la rafinarea electrolitică a plumbului. Bismutul din nămolul anodic este solubilizat prin tratare cu HCl, la o valoare a raportului lichid : solid de 2...15:1, în prezenţa unui agent de oxidare. Soluţia rezultată este răcită pentru separarea clorurilor de plumb şi argint şi pentru neutralizarea până la o valoare a pH-ului de 0,8...2. Se îndepărtează SbOCl, apoi se precipită bismutul sub formă de BiOCl, prin neutralizare, până la o valoare a pH-ului de 3,3...5. Precipitatul obţinut este supus topirii pentru obţinerea bismutului brut.
