Abstract

Prezenta invenţie se referă la derivaţi de dihidrobenzopiran, având formula (I): la sărurile acceptabile din punct de vedere farmaceutic şi la formele lor izomerice, precum şi la procedeul de preparare a acestora. Aceşti compuşi se utilizează ca medicamente vasoconstrictoare, în special pentru prevenirea şi tratarea cefaleelor, respectiv migrenei. De asemenea, invenţia mai conţine intermediarulfolosit la realizarea procedeului, compoziţia farmaceutică ce conţine drept compus activ unul din compuşii conform invenţiei, precum şi la o metodă de tratament.
