Abstract
Invenţia se referă la băuturi cu proprietăţi ecologico-biologice, cum ar fi vinul, sucurile de fructe şi legume etc, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestora. Băuturile conform invenţiei au un conţinut de antioxidanţi naturali de tip polifenolic de 0,1...2 g/l şi se obţin prin zdrobirea materialului vegetal, în prezenţă de antioxidanţi naturali, conţinuţi în 0,1...0,5 kg tanin alimentar galo- şi elagotanin per tonă material vegetal, urmată de maceraţie, timp de 10...100 h, prelevarea mustului, fermentare sau pasteurizare şi condiţionare uzuală.The invention relates to beverages having ecological-biological properties, such as wine, fruit and vegetable juices, etc., and to a process for obtaining them.
