O PRESENTE PEDIDO REFERE-SE A UM INSTRUMENTO PARA AVALIAR FLUIDEZ/VISCOSIDADE DE FLUIDOS, CONSTITUÍDO PELO CANAL DE ESCOAMENTO (1), ESCALA GRADUADA (2), RESERVATÓRIO (3), VÁLVULA (4) DO RESERVATÓRIO E BASE DE ASSENTAMENTO (5). O INSTRUMENTO DO PRESENTE PEDIDO PERMITE AVALIAR A FLUIDEZ DE FLUIDOS ATRAVÉS DA MEDIÇÃO DO ESCOAMENTO DO FLUIDO, A PARTIR DE UM RESERVATÓRIO (3), POR UM CANAL DE ESCOAMENTO (1) MAQUINADO QUE TEM EM PARALELO UMA ESCALA GRADUADA (2). CONSEQUENTEMENTE É POSSÍVEL ESTIMAR A VISCOSIDADE (INVERSO DA FLUIDEZ) DO FLUIDO EM ANÁLISE. ESTE INSTRUMENTO É CARACTERIZADO POR O CANAL DE ESCOAMENTO (1) SER MAQUINADO, DE BAIXA RUGOSIDADE, RA<0,8M PARA ESCOAMENTO DO FLUIDO E DE SECÇÃO CIRCULAR. O INSTRUMENTO COMPREENDE AINDA UM RESERVATÓRIO (3) TUBULAR COM UMA VÁLVULA (4) COM UM ORIFÍCIO DE SAÍDA DE FLUIDO PARA O CANAL DE ESCOAMENTO (1). O INSTRUMENTO TEM UM BOM DESEMPENHO E BAIXO CUSTO DE FABRICO, APRESENTANDO OS ELEMENTOS ACIMA DESCRITOS.THIS APPLICATION CONCERNS AN INSTRUMENT FOR ASSESSING FLUIDITY / FLUID VISCOSITY CONSIDERED BY THE FLOW CHANNEL (1), GRADUATED SCALE (2), RESERVOIR VALVE (4) AND SEATING BASIS (5) . THE INSTRUMENT OF THIS APPLICATION ALLOWS TO ASSESS FLUID FLUIDITY BY MEASURING FLUID FLOW FROM A RESERVOIR (3) BY A MACHINE FLOW (1) PARALLEL WITH A GRADUATED SCALE (2). It is therefore possible to estimate the viscosity (inversion of the flow) of the fluid under analysis. THIS INSTRUMENT IS CHARACTERIZED THAT THE DRAIN CHANNEL (1) IS MACHINED, LOW ROUGH, RA <0.8M FOR FLUID AND CIRCULAR SECTION FLOW. THE INSTRUMENT ALSO UNDERSTANDS A TUBULAR RESERVOIR (3) WITH A VALVE (4) WITH A FLUID OUTLETING HOSE FOR THE DRAIN CHANNEL (1).
