Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest szyba, zwlaszcza dopojaz¬ dów samochodowych o wysokiej odpornosci na uderzenie, zlozona z warstw szkla, z których co najmniej jedna posia¬ da powierzchnie pokryta warstwa przezroczystego two¬ rzywa sztucznego, uniemozliwiajaca bezposrednie ze¬ tkniecie ciala ludzkiego z odlamkami szkla w przypadku rozbicia szyby.Przeprowadzono badania z szybami samochodowymi o duzej odpornosci na uderzenie glowa, ze stosunkowo duza sila bez jej przebicia, lecz pochlaniajaca mozliwie najwieksza czesc energii uderzenia, na duzej odleglosci, dzieki odksztalceniu plastycznemu. Dotychczas wymaga¬ nia te nie zostaly spelnione za pomoca szyb warstwowych.Jednakze, nawet wówczas, gdy szyba nie jest przebita, istnieje niebezpieczenstwo uszkodzenia ciala o odlamki warstwy szkla. Z tego powodu stosowano rózne pokrycia powierzchni wewnetrznej szyby, za pomoca warstwy ochronnej z tworzywa sztucznego, uniemozliwiajacej styk skóry z odlamkami.W znanej szybie, warstwa z tworzywa sztucznego ma postac warstwy z poliamidu bezpostaciowego o grubosci 0,3 mm. W innej znanej szybie warstwa szkla hartowanego jest polaczona z warstwa z tworzywa sztucznego np. poli¬ weglanu, poliaktylanu, atomu celulozy poliestru, polich¬ lorku winylu lub podobnego, pokrywajaca powierzchnie zwrócona do wnetrza pojazdu.Znane rozwiazania zapewniaja niewatpliwie dobra ochrone przed skaleczeniem, ale stosowane tworzywa sztuczne dla utworzenia pokrycia, maja te niedogodnosc, ze nie sa odporne na porysowanie. Jest wiec konieczna ich ochrona przez powloke utworzona z warstwy o odpowied- „ niej odpornosci.Inna niedogodnosc tych rozwiazan polega na tym, ze przy zwykle stosowanych grubosciach, tworzywa sztuczne posiadaja mala mozliwosc deformacji co zmniejsza zalety biomechaniczne szyby. Z tego powodu w drugim z wymie¬ nionych rozwiazan nie umieszcza sie brzegu warstwy z tworzywa sztucznego w ramie szyby lub co najmniej uwalnia sie z ramy jej czesc, aby w przypadku uderzenia szyba mogla oddzielic sie od warstwy z tworzywa sztucz¬ nego.Celem wynalazku jest wykonanieszybydajacej sie trwa¬ le mocowac na brzegach, o dobrej jakosci biomechanicznej i której powloka z tworzywa sztucznego dawalaby dobra ochrone przed skaleczeniami i bylaby odporna na poryso¬ wanie przez zabezpieczenie dodatkowa warstwa.Szyba, zwlaszcza do pojazdów samochodowych,owyso¬ kiej odpornosci na uderzenie, zlozona z warstw szkla, z których co najmniej jedna posiada powierzchnie pokryta warstwa z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, umozli¬ wiajaca, w przypadku pekniecia, bezposrednie zetkniecie ciala z odlamkami szkla, ma warstwe 4 utworzona z poliu¬ retanu zwlaszcza alifatycznego.Stwierdzono, ze warstwa z tworzywa sztucznego majaca powyzsze wlasciwosci spelnia równoczesnie dwie zasadni¬ cze funkcje: z jednej strony wysoka odksztalcalnosc wars¬ twy powoduje, ze nawet jesli wystapia miejscowe sily uginajace,- po peknieciu szyby, niepowoduja one zerwania warstwy, gdyz tworzy ona ekran ochronny, zdrugiej stro¬ ny, te tworzywa sztuczne maja te wlasnosc, ze po uplywie 86 48486 484 krótkiego czasu zupelnie zanikaja bledy powierzchniowe spowodowane przez zadrapanie lub przez miejscowe za¬ glebienia ich powierzchni, tak, ze ich plaskosc szybko " powraca do stanu pierwotnego. Wysoka odksztalcalnosc sprezysta tych tworzyw nie powoduje wiekszej ich podat¬ nosci na uszkodzenie, ale przeciwnie zwieksza ich odpor¬ nosc wskutek szybkiego znikania tych uszkodzen. Mozna to osiagnac po wprowadzeniu odksztalcalnych skladników plastycz¬ nych w ten sposób, ze szyba posiada pozadana wytrzyma¬ losc na przebicie i zdolnosc pochlanianiaenergii uderzenia nawet wówczas, gdy jej brzegi sa trwale zamocowane w ramie. Na ogól ten przyklad wykonania wymaga wars¬ twyz tworzywa sztucznego, o grubosci wiekszej od 1 mm.Wynalazek ma równiezjeszczezastosowanie szczególnie proste i korzystne do bezpiecznej szyby warstwowej od¬ pornej na przebicie. Odksztalcenie warstwy posredniej z poliwinylobutyralu umozliwia pochloniecie energii ude¬ rzania bez przebicia szyby, a warstwa powlokowa ma ja wystarczajaco chronic przed zarysowaniem. W tym przy¬ padku, wystarczy warstwa o malej grubosci 0,1-1 mm korzystnie 0,2 do 0,5 mm. Zaleta tego sposobu wykonania polega na latwosci wytworzenia szyby, która wymaga tylko polozenia warstwy dodatkowej na szybie warstwo¬ wej znanego typu.Przedmiot wynalazku jest pokazany w przykladzie wy¬ konania na rysunku, na którym przedstawiono szybe w przekroju poprzecznym.Warstwy 1 i 3 sa utworzone ze szkla krzemianowego.Warstwa 1 tworzy warstwe zewnetrzna szyby i ma na przyklad grubosc 3 do 4 mm podczas, gdy warstwa wewne¬ trzna 3 posiada na przyklad grubosc 2-3 mm. Warstwy te sa sklejone za posrednictwem warstwy termoplastycznej 2 utworzonej z poliwinylobutyralu, której minimalna gru¬ bosc wynosi 0,76 mm.Na powierzchnizwróconej downetrza pojazdujestpolo¬ zona warstwa 4 z odksztalcalnego tworzywa sztucznego, 40 45 której grubosc jest zawarta miedzy 0,2- 0,5 mm. Jest równiez mozliwe nalozenie tej warstwy w postaci warstwy klejowej na szkle, znanym sposobem, badz za pomoca posredniej warstwy klejacej, badzprzez dzialanie ciepla lub przez zwiazanie za pomoca aktywatora lub rozpuszczalnika.Wynalazek zostalopisany w odniesieniu do szyby pojaz¬ du samochodowego, ale moze byc równiez stosowany do wszystkich innych szyb wymagajacych tych zalet, gdy w przypadku uderzenia mozna uniknac przebicia szyby i bezposredniego zetkniecia skóry z odlamkami szkla. Szyba, zwlaszcza do pojazdów samochodowych, o wysokiej odpornosci na uderzenie, zlozona z warstw szkla, z których co najmniej jedna posiada powierzchnie pokryta warstwa z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, uniemozliwiajaca, w przypadku pekniecia, bezposrednie zetkniecie ciala z odlamkami szkla, znamienna tym, ze ma warstwe (4) utworzona z poliuretanu zwlaszcza alifatycz¬ nego.
