Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest urządzenie do rozdzielania pudełek prostopadłościennych, ułożonych w pionie jedno na drugim w celu poddania ich znanemu procesowi realizowanemu na każdym z pudełek oddzielnie. Znane jest ze zgłoszenia wynalazku do UPRP pod nr P.392707, urządzenie do rozdzielania pudełek prostopadłościennych składające się z zestawu rolek obrotowych zabierających i zestawu rolek zdających pudełka usytuowane w dwóch szeregach jeden nad drugim, przy czym na każdy zestaw rolek składają się dwie rolki górne i dwie rolki dolne, zaś z obu zestawów rolki górne są rozchylone względem rolek dolnych pod kątem ostrym. Niedostatkami znanego rozwiązania są przypadki opadania, zwłaszcza górnych pudełek po ich rozdzielaniu, co znacznie zakłóca proces rozdzielania pudełek. Celem wzoru użytkowego jest taka konstrukcja urządzenia, która eliminuje opisane wady, a zrealizowano go poprzez wyposażenie urządzenia w dodatkowy element podtrzymujący rozdzielone pudełka, usytuowany pomiędzy dolnymi i górnymi zestawami rolek obrotowych. Cel ten uzyskano w urządzeniu według wzoru użytkowego składającego się ze znanego zestawu rolek zabierających 1 i zestawu rolek zdających 2 pudełka X usytuowane w dwóch szeregach jeden nad drugim, przy czym na każdy zestaw rolek składają się dwie rolki górne i dwie rolki dolne, zaś z obu zestawów rolki górne są rozchylone względem rolek dolnych pod kątem ostrym i dodatkowo pomiędzy dolnymi i górnymi rolkami obrotowymi z obu zestawów rolek usytuowany jest nowy element 3 podtrzymujący rozdzielone pudełka X. Korzystnym jest, jak element podtrzymujący 3 ma kształt płaskiej płyty pochylonej w kierunku zestawu rolek zabierających 1. Korzystnym również jest, jak element podtrzymujący 3 rozdzielone pudełka X ma początek w odległości połowy średnicy rolek zabierających 1 od osi tych rolek, a kończy się w odległości połowy średnicy rolek zdających 2 od osi tych rolek, patrząc w kierunku przesuwania rozdzielonych pudełek prostopadłościennych X. Zastosowanie urządzenia według wzoru użytkowego pozwala na rozdzielenie paczek ułożonych w pionie jedna na drugiej, w celu poddania znanemu procesowi realizowanemu na każdym z pudełek oddzielnie. Urządzenie według wzoru użytkowego składa się z zestawu rolek obrotowych zabierających 1 i zestawu rolek obrotowych zdających 2, prowadzących pudełka usytuowane szeregowo, przy czym na każdy zestaw rolek składają się dwie rolki górne i dwie rolki dolne, zaś z obu zestawów rolki górne są rozchylone względem rolek dolnych pod kątem ostrym, a pomiędzy zestawami rolek dolnych i górnych znajduje się element 3 w kształcie płaskiej płyty pochylonej w kierunku zestawu rolek zabierających 1, podtrzymujący rozdzielone pudełka prostopadłościenne X. Zasada działania urządzenia jest następująca: pudełka ułożone w pionie jedno na drugim są zabierane przez pierwszy zestaw rolek, górne pudełko przez dwie rolki górne, a dolne pudełko przez dwie rolki dolne i przekazywane do drugiego zestawu rolek zdających, zaś rozdzielenie pudełek jest wymuszone na skutek rozchylenia z obu zestawu rolek górnych w stosunku do rolek dolnych o kąt ostry.
