Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preforma elementu komorowego, zawierająca ścianę wewnętrzną (2) i ścianę zewnętrzną, wykonane z arkusza metalowego, rozmieszczone względem siebie przy zachowaniu luki, przy czym krawędzie poszczególnych ścian (2) są uszczelnione za pośrednictwem uszczelnienia (6) i określają szczelną, hermetyczną przestrzeń wewnętrzną, przy czym w szczelnej, hermetycznej przestrzeni wewnętrznej znajduje się czynnik rozprężający. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania preformy elementu komorowego oraz sposób wytwarzania elementu komorowego (8).The subject of the application is a preform of a chamber element, comprising an inner wall (2) and an outer wall made of a metal sheet, arranged with respect to each other while maintaining a gap, wherein the edges of the individual walls (2) are sealed by means of a seal (6) and define a tight, airtight inner space, wherein an expansion medium is located in the tight, airtight inner space. The subject of the application is also a method of producing a preform of a chamber element and a method of producing a chamber element (8).
