Abstract

Urządzenie stanowiskowe do malowania ektrostatycznego konstrukcji stalowych, zawierające zespół elementów profilowych, posiadające opartą poziomo na podłożu ramową podstawę, scaloną z usytuowanymi po obu stronach jej krótszych boków dwoma pionowymi filarami, na których osadzone są poziomo, służące do utrzymywania konstrukcji stalowych górne elementy nośne, charakteryzujące się tym, że filary (1) posiadają wewnętrzne kieszenie (1a), w których umieszczone są wsuwane łączniki (2), zakończone w swojej górnej części ramionami (3), stanowiącymi oparcie dla rozmieszczonych po obu stronach ramion (3), równoległych względem siebie dwóch szyn utrzymujących (4), przy czym każda z szyn utrzymujących (4) zaopatrzona jest w rozłożone równomiernie wzdłuż jej dolnej poprzeczki (4a) szczeliny (5), w których wsunięte są służące do zawieszenia konstrukcji stalowych (C) uchwyty (6), jednocześnie filary (1) oraz łączniki (2) posiadają przelotowe otwory ustalające (7), przez które przełożony jest utrzymujący pożądaną wysokość ramion (4) sworzeń regulujący (8), przy czym każde z ramion (3) posiada zamocowane do jej krawędzi dwa zewnętrzne ograniczniki (9), a także dwa wewnętrzne występy (10), zaopatrzone w przelotowe gniazda (11), w które wsunięte są elementy blokujące (12), przechodzące jednocześnie przez znajdujące się w pionowej poprzeczce (4b) każdej szyny utrzymującej (4) przelotowe oczka (13).A stationary device for electrostatic painting of steel structures, comprising a set of profile elements, having a frame base resting horizontally on the substrate, integrated with two vertical pillars located on both sides of its shorter sides, on which upper load-bearing elements used to hold steel structures are mounted horizontally, characterized in that the pillars (1) have internal pockets (1a), in which slide-in connectors (2) are placed, terminated in their upper part with arms (3), constituting a support for two holding rails (4) arranged on both sides, parallel to each other, wherein each of the holding rails (4) is provided with slots (5) evenly distributed along its lower crossbar (4a), in which handles (6) used to suspend steel structures (C) are inserted, at the same time the pillars (1) and connectors (2) have through-holes (7), through which an adjusting pin (8) maintaining the desired height of the arms (4) is inserted, wherein each of the arms (3) has two external stops (9) attached to its edge, as well as two internal projections (10), provided with through sockets (11), into which the locking elements (12) are inserted, passing simultaneously through the through eyes (13) located in the vertical crossbar (4b) of each holding rail (4).
