Abstract
Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy dziedziny metalurgii, w szczególności stopu na bazie aluminium, a także wyrobów z określonego stopu i może być stosowany przy wytwarzaniu produktów o przeznaczeniu elektrotechnicznym do produkcji kablowo - przewodowej dla instalacji elektrycznych budynków i budowli. Wynikiem technicznym jest wzrost plastyczności technologicznej drutu otrzymanego z proponowanego stopu dzięki utworzeniu ścisłych cząstek zawierających żelazo faz pochodzenia eutektycznego. Stop zawiera żelazo i krzem, a przy tym dodatkowo zawiera co najmniej jeden pierwiastek z grupy zawierającej nikiel i miedź przy następującym stosunku składników, w % wag.: żelazo 0,3 - 1,0; krzem 0,04 - 0,15; nikiel 0,005 - 0,2; miedź 0,1 - 0,3; aluminium - reszta, i charakteryzuje się strukturą, która stanowi matrycę tworzącą aluminiowy roztwór stały, w którym są równomiernie rozmieszczone cząstki zawierające żelazo w ilości nie mniejszej niż 1% obj., posiadające średnią wielkość nie większą niż 3 µm, przy czym łączna ilość krzemu i miedzi w stopie nie przekracza 0,35% wag.The present invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular an aluminum-based alloy, as well as products made of a specific alloy, and can be used in the production of electrotechnical products for cable-wire production for electrical installations in buildings and structures. The technical result is an increase in the technological ductility of the wire obtained from the proposed alloy due to the formation of dense iron-containing particles of eutectic phases. The alloy contains iron and silicon and additionally contains at least one element from the group consisting of nickel and copper with the following component ratio, in% by weight: iron 0.3-1.0; silicon 0.04 - 0.15; nickel 0.005 - 0.2; copper 0.1 - 0.3; aluminum - the rest, and is characterized by a structure that forms a matrix forming an aluminum solid solution in which there are evenly distributed particles containing iron in an amount not less than 1% by volume, having an average size of not more than 3 µm, the total amount of silicon and of copper in the alloy does not exceed 0.35 wt.%.
