Abstract
Przedmiotem patentu jest sposób i urządzenie do kompleksowego oczyszczania gazów takich jak powietrze biogaz, paliwa gazowe, gazy odlotowe i upustowe z nieorganicznych związków siarki takich jak siarkowodór oraz z organicznych związków krzemu zwanych dalej siloksanami, oraz z uciążliwych zapachowo ilości organicznych związków siarki oraz z węglowodorów aromatycznych, przy wykorzystaniu pyłu siarki z gazów odsiarczonych metodami typu BIOSULFEX(r) do usunięcia zawartych w nim organicznych związków na drodze modyfikacji i rozbudowy procesu odpylania o następujące po sobie procesy adsorpcji na powstającej w procesie odsiarczania siarce elementarnej, kondensacji, okluzji i separacji na spiralnych filtrach siatkowych, w wyniku których otrzymuje się sprawność usunięcia siloksanów i węglowodorów aromatycznych do 80%.The subject of the patent is a method and device for the comprehensive purification of gases such as air, biogas, gaseous fuels, waste gases and vent gases from inorganic sulfur compounds such as hydrogen sulfide and from organic silicon compounds hereinafter referred to as siloxanes, and from odor-nuising amounts of organic sulfur compounds and aromatic hydrocarbons , using sulfur dust from desulphurized gases using BIOSULFEX (r) methods to remove the organic compounds it contains by modifying and expanding the dedusting process by subsequent adsorption processes on the elemental sulfur arising in the desulphurisation process, condensation, occlusion and separation on spiral filters mesh, which results in the efficiency of removing siloxanes and aromatic hydrocarbons up to 80%.
