Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania żywicy fenolowej do produkcji papierów filtracyjnych polega na tym, że • w pierwszym etapie prowadzi się kondensację fenolu z formaldehydem przy stosunku molowym fenol : formaldehyd w granicach 1 : 1,7 ÷ 2,0, w obecności trzeciorzędowych alkiloamin o podstawnikach C2 ÷ C4 lub ich mieszanin, w ilości 5 - 20g na 1 mol fenolu, w temperaturze 60 ÷ 70°C, w czasie 30 ÷ 180 minut, • w drugim etapie prowadzi się reakcję w temperaturze 65 ÷ 75°C przez 240 ÷ 420 minut, • w trzecim etapie kontynuuje się proces w temperaturze 70 ÷ 100°C do uzyskania czasu żelowania w 130°C w granicach 230 ÷ 280 sekund, • w czwartym etapie wprowadza się mocznik w ilości 5 ÷ 10 g na 1 mol fenolu i prowadzi się reakcję w temperaturze 20 ÷ 50°C w czasie 30 ÷ 300 minut. Następnie mieszaninę reakcyjną zatęża się do zawartości poniżej 10% wagowych wody, potem rozcieńcza się ją alkoholami C1 ÷ C4 lub ich mieszaninami do lepkości w granicach 200 ÷ 600 mPa·S, dodaje się mono- i/lub dietanoloaminę w ilości 0,0005 ÷ 0,20 mola na 1 mol fenolu.The method of obtaining phenolic resin for the production of filter papers is that: • in the first stage, phenol and formaldehyde are condensed at a phenol: formaldehyde ratio of 1: 1.7 ÷ 2.0, in the presence of tertiary alkylamines with C2 ÷ C4 substituents or mixtures thereof, in an amount of 5 - 20g per 1 mole of phenol, at a temperature of 60 ÷ 70 ° C, for 30 ÷ 180 minutes, • in the second stage the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 65 ÷ 75 ° C for 240 ÷ 420 minutes, • in the third stage, the process is continued at 70 ÷ 100 ° C until gel time at 130 ° C within 230 ÷ 280 seconds, • in the fourth stage urea in the amount of 5 ÷ 10 g per 1 mole of phenol is introduced and the reaction is carried out temperature 20 ÷ 50 ° C for 30 ÷ 300 minutes. Then the reaction mixture is concentrated to less than 10% by weight of water, then it is diluted with C1 ÷ C4 alcohols or mixtures thereof to a viscosity within 200 ÷ 600 mPa · S, 0.0005 ÷ 0 mono- and / or diethanolamine is added , 20 moles per 1 mole of phenol.
