Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób przyrostowego drukowania przestrzennego obiektu 3D i urządzenie do przyrostowego drukowania przestrzennego obiektu 3D w szczególności do drukowania obiektów trójwymiarowych w kolorze. Sposób przyrostowego drukowania przestrzennego obiektu 3D, w którym wykonuje się kolejne warstwy poprzez zestalenie warstwy powierzchniowej ośrodka płynnego na podstawie modelowej, przy czym utworzoną warstwę utwardza się, a na niej tworzy się następną warstwę po przemieszczeniu budowanego obiektu 3D wraz z podstawą modelową. Na kolejną warstwę nakłada się kolor, a warstwę z nałożonym kolorem utwardza się ostatecznie. Urządzenie (1) do przyrostowego drukowania przestrzennego obiektu 3D zawiera ramę (2), umieszczony w ramie zbiornik (3) z płynnym materiałem fotoaktywnym (4), umieszczoną w zbiorniku (3) podstawę modelową, przemieszczaną w pionie układem podnoszącym i źródło światła (7). W ramie (2) na prowadnicach (8) osadzona jest głowica drukująca (10).The subject of the invention is a method of incremental 3D printing of an 3D object and an apparatus for incremental 3D printing of an 3D object, in particular for printing three-dimensional objects in color. A method of incremental 3D spatial printing, in which successive layers are made by solidifying the surface layer of the liquid medium on a model basis, while the created layer is hardened, and on it the next layer is created after moving the 3D object under construction along with the model base. The next layer is applied with color, and the layer with the applied color is finally cured. The device (1) for incremental 3D printing of the 3D object includes a frame (2), a tank (3) placed in the frame with liquid photoactive material (4), a model base placed in the tank (3), vertically moved by a lifting system and a light source (7) ). The printhead (10) is mounted in the frame (2) on the guides (8).
