Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nowa pochodna 1,1-ditlenku 1,2-benzotiazyny o nazwie chemicznej 1,1-ditlenek 3-benzoilo-4-hydroksy-2-{2-[4-(2-metoksyfenylo)piperazyn-1-ylo]-2-oksoetylo}-2H-1,2-benzotiazyny o aktywności przeciwbólowej i przeciwzapalnej oraz sposób otrzymywania nowej pochodnej przez alkilację 1,1-diokso-3-benzoilo-4-hydroksy-2H-1,2-benzotiazyny za pomocą 1-(2-chloroacetylo)-4-(2-metoksyfenylo)piperazyny w obecności etanolanu sodowego w środowisku wrzącego, bezwodnego etanolu.The subject of the invention is a new derivative of 1,1-dioxide of benzothiazine with the chemical name 1,1-dioxide of 3-benzoyl-4-hydroxy-2- {2- [4- (2-methoxyphenyl) piperazin-1-yl] -2-oxoethyl} -2H-1,2-benzothiazine with analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity and the method of obtaining a new derivative by alkylation of 1,1-dioxo-3-benzoyl-4-hydroxy-2H-1,2-benzothiazine with 1- (2-chloroacetyl) -4- (2-methoxyphenyl) piperazine in the presence of sodium ethoxide in boiling anhydrous ethanol.
