Abstract

Dynamiczny tłumik pulsacji ciśnienia w instalacjach sprężarek wyporowych, jest wyposażony w dający się połączyć z rurami (9) i (10) rurociągu korpus (1), który to korpus (1) zawiera wlot i wylot oraz wewnętrzną komorę (2) z usytuowaną w niej ruchomą, perforowaną przysłoną (3). Przysłona (3) ma postać obrotowego elementu, korzystnie tarczy, wirującego z regulowaną prędkością w wewnętrznej komorze (2) korpusu (1), zaś wlot i wylot korpusu (1) mają postać sięgających do komory (2) współosiowych otworów o osiach równoległych do osi obrotu przysłony (3). W otworach wlotu i wylotu korpusu (1) są szczelnie osadzone rury wlotowa (9) i wylotowa (10) rurociągu, tak iż krawędzie obu tych rur (9) i (10) sięgają do wnętrza wewnętrznej komory (2) i są usytuowane przy powierzchniach przysłony (3) z obu jej stron i równolegle do niej. Całkowita powierzchnia elementów perforujących (4) przysłonę (3), korzystnie otworów, jest nie mniejsza niż pole wewnętrznego przekroju poprzecznego rur (9), (10) rurociągu, zaś prędkość obrotowa przysłony (3) jest tak dobrana, że iloczyn ilości elementów perforujących (4) przysłonę (3) i maksymalnej prędkości obrotowej tarczy przysłony (3) jest nie mniejszy niż częstotliwość podstawowych pulsacji w rurociągu wywoływanych przez sprężarkę.The dynamic pressure pulsation damper in displacement compressor installations is equipped with a body (1) that can be connected to the pipes (9) and (10) of the pipeline, which body (1) contains an inlet and an outlet, and an internal chamber (2) with a movable, perforated shutter (3). The diaphragm (3) has the form of a rotary element, preferably a disc, rotating at an adjustable speed in the internal chamber (2) of the body (1), while the inlet and outlet of the body (1) have the form of coaxial holes with axes parallel to the axis reaching into the chamber (2) aperture rotation (3). The inlet (9) and outlet (10) pipes of the pipeline are tightly seated in the inlet and outlet openings of the body (1), so that the edges of both these pipes (9) and (10) reach inside the inner chamber (2) and are located at the surfaces aperture (3) on both sides and parallel to it. The total area of the perforating elements (4) the diaphragm (3), preferably holes, is not less than the internal cross-sectional area of the pipes (9), (10) of the pipeline, and the rotational speed of the diaphragm (3) is selected so that the product of the number of perforating elements ( 4) the aperture (3) and the maximum rotational speed of the aperture disc (3) is not less than the frequency of basic pulsations in the pipeline caused by the compressor.
