Abstract
Układ wejścia dwustanowego z izolacją galwaniczną zawiera mostek prostowniczy (MP), którego wejścia zmiennoprądowe połączone są z diodą zabezpieczającą (DZ) i przez rezystor szeregowy (R1) dołączone są do napięcia wejściowego (Uwe). Wyjście dodatnie mostka prostowniczego (MP) dołączone jest do kondensatora (C) oraz do rezystora ograniczającego (R5), który dołączony jest do diody LED transoptora (Tr). Kolektor i emiter transoptora (Tr) dołączone są do wyjścia układu (Uwy). Dioda LED transoptora (Tr) dołączona jest do kolektora tranzystora (T), którego emiter połączony jest z zaciskiem masy (M) detektora napięcia (D), rezystorem histerezy (R4), kondensatorem (C) i wyjściem ujemnym mostka prostowniczego (MP). Rezystory (R2, R3 i R4) stanowiące dzielnik napięciowy, połączone są ze sobą szeregowo i dołączone równolegle do kondensatora (C). Punkt wspólny rezystorów dzielnika (R2 i R3) dołączony jest do wejścia (U) detektora napięcia (D), a punkt wspólny rezystorów dzielnika i histerezy (R3) i (R4) dołączony jest do wyjścia (O/C) detektora napięcia (D), typu "otwarty kolektor", do którego dołączona jest także, przez rezystor bazowy (R6), baza tranzystora (T).The binary input system with galvanic isolation contains a bridge rectifier (MP) whose AC inputs are connected to a protection diode (DZ) and connected to the input voltage (Uwe) via a series resistor (R1). The positive output of the rectifier bridge (MP) is connected to the capacitor (C) and to the limiting resistor (R5), which is connected to the LED of the optocoupler (Tr). The collector and optocoupler emitter (Tr) are connected to the system output (Uwy). The optocoupler LED (Tr) is connected to the transistor collector (T), whose emitter is connected to the ground terminal (M) of the voltage detector (D), hysteresis resistor (R4), capacitor (C) and negative bridge rectifier (MP). Resistors (R2, R3 and R4) constituting the voltage divider, are connected in series and connected in parallel to the capacitor (C). The common point of the divider resistors (R2 and R3) is connected to the input (U) of the voltage detector (D), and the common point of the divider and hysteresis resistors (R3) and (R4) is connected to the (O / C) output of the voltage detector (D) , "open collector" type, to which is also connected, through the base resistor (R6), the base of the transistor (T).
