Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zintegrowany system zasilania budynków energią elektryczną i cieplną z zastosowaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii, stosowany do zapewnienia całorocznej samowystarczalności energetycznej budynku, z możliwością generowania nadwyżki energii, spełniając tym samym kryteria wymagania dla budynku "plusenergetycznego". System zasilania zawiera panele fotowoltaiczne (1), kolektory słoneczne (20) oraz generatory wiatrowe (5), wymiennik gruntowy (11), pompy ciepła, moduły zarządzania i sterowania, instalacje przyłączeniowe energetyczne i wodne, połączone wzajemnie elektrycznie i funkcjonalnie modułami zarządzania (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5), które są połączone ze stacją zarządzania poprzez przełącznik zbiorczy, korzystnie połączony z serwerem zdalnego sterowania.The subject of the invention is an integrated system of supplying buildings with electricity and heat with the use of renewable energy sources, used to ensure year-round energy self-sufficiency of the building, with the possibility of generating surplus energy, thus meeting the requirements of the "plus energy" building. The power supply system includes photovoltaic panels (1), solar collectors (20) and wind generators (5), ground heat exchanger (11), heat pumps, management and control modules, power and water connection installations, electrically and functionally connected management modules (Z1) , Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5), which are connected to the management station via a collective switch, preferably connected to a remote control server.
