Abstract
Ujawniono sposób prowadzenia równoczesnego zatężania i oczyszczania wodnych roztworów nadtlenku wodoru, zawierających octan 2 - metylocykloheksylu i/lub produkty jego degradacji, w tym kwas octowy. Proces prowadzi się w układzie zatężania zawierającym wyparkę i układ destylacyjny z kolumną destylacyjną, do której to kolumny doprowadza się: a) strumień oparów z wyparki, b) poniżej 30% wag. strumienia ciekłego produktu wypływającego z wyparki w postaci zatężonego roztworu nadtlenku wodoru, c) wodę zdemineralizowaną, do której dodawana jest mieszanina kwasu azotowego i stabilizatora wodnych roztworów nadtlenku wodoru lub tylko jeden z tych związków, przy czym stężenie substancji dodawanej w wodzie zdemineralizowanej nie przekracza 100 ppm.A method of conducting simultaneous concentration and purification of aqueous hydrogen peroxide solutions containing 2-methylcyclohexyl acetate and / or its degradation products, including acetic acid, is disclosed. The process is carried out in a concentration system comprising an evaporator and a distillation system with a distillation column into which the columns are fed: a) a vapor stream from the evaporator, b) below 30 wt. stream of liquid product flowing from the evaporator in the form of a concentrated hydrogen peroxide solution, c) demineralized water, to which a mixture of nitric acid and a stabilizer of aqueous hydrogen peroxide solutions or only one of these compounds is added, the concentration of the substance added in demineralized water does not exceed 100 ppm .
