Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest modułowy układ wentylacyjny, przeznaczony mechanicznej wentylacji domów jednorodzinnych, budynków biurowych, obiektów użyteczności publicznej, handlowych, przemysłowych, szpitali i temu podobnych. Modułowy układ wentylacyjny charakteryzuje się tym, że w ciągach elastycznych kanałów wentylacyjnych, zestawionych z odcinków rur elastycznych, są zabudowane moduły podstawowe (1), które samoistnie stanowią skrzynki rozprężne, a także połączone z modułami podstawowymi (1) moduły segmentowe (1.1), przy czym połączenie modułu podstawowego (1) z co najmniej jednym modułem segmentowym (1.1) tworzy moduł wielokanałowy, będący rozdzielaczem powietrza. Moduły (1, 1.1) mają kształt prostopadłościennych skrzynek, na bocznych, krótkich ścianach, których są usytuowane otwory (2) dla króćców (3), dolotowego i wylotowego, natomiast w sąsiedztwie krawędzi długich ścian skrzynek (1, 1.1), górnej i dolnej, przy jednych krawędziach są usytuowane zaczepy (4). Przy przeciwległych krawędziach są umiejscowione szczeliny (5) dla zaczepów kolejnego modułu i/lub dekla (6) zamykającego. Otwory (2) dla króćców przyłączeniowych (3), wykonane zarówno w bocznych, krótkich ścianach skrzynek (1, 1.1), jak i w deklach zamykających (6), są wykonane z przesunięciem fazowym tak, że króćce (3) są montowane w otworach (2) bagnetowo, z półobrotem. Każdy z otworów (2) może być także zaślepiony zaślepką (7), montowaną podobnie jak króćce (3) z półobrotem. W jednej z szerszych ścian modułu podstawowego (1) jest wykonany otwór (8) z przesunięciem fazowym dla przyłączenia do niego króćca dolotowego (9) o większej średnicy. Opcjonalnie wewnątrz modułów (1, 1.1) są wstawiane kierownice powietrza w postaci elastycznej, prostokątnej membrany. Przedmiotem wynalazku są również moduły, z których jest możliwe zestawienie dowolnego układu wentylacji wywiewnej lub nawietrzno-wywiewnej z rekuperacją.The subject of the invention is a modular ventilation system, intended for mechanical ventilation of single-family houses, office buildings, public utility buildings, commercial and industrial facilities, hospitals and the like. The modular ventilation system is characterized by the fact that in the strings of flexible ventilation ducts, composed of sections of flexible pipes, basic modules (1) are built-in, which are themselves plenum boxes, as well as segment modules (1.1) connected to the basic modules (1), with whereby the connection of the base module (1) with at least one segment module (1.1) forms a multi-channel module which is an air distributor. The modules (1, 1.1) have the shape of cuboidal boxes, on the side, short sides of which there are openings (2) for the inlet and outlet ports (3), and in the vicinity of the edges of the long walls of the boxes (1, 1.1), the top and bottom there are catches (4) at one edge. At the opposite edges there are slots (5) for the catches of the next module and / or the closing lid (6). The openings (2) for the connection stubs (3), made both in the short side walls of the boxes (1, 1.1) and in the closing covers (6), are made with a phase shift so that the connectors (3) are mounted in the openings ( 2) bayonet, half-turn. Each of the holes (2) can also be covered with a plug (7), mounted similarly to the stubs (3) with a half-turn. In one of the wider walls of the basic module (1) there is a hole (8) with a phase shift for connecting the inlet stub (9) with a larger diameter to it. Optionally, air deflectors in the form of a flexible, rectangular membrane are inserted inside the modules (1, 1.1). The subject of the invention are also modules, from which it is possible to combine any exhaust or air-exhaust ventilation system with recuperation.
