Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy wapniowej pompowalnej mieszanki kompozytowej, składającej się głównie z popiołów lotnych z ciepłowni i elektrowni, powstałych w procesie spalania węgla, oraz ewentualnie dodatków, przykładowo popiołów fluidalnych, służącej głównie do produkcji wzbogaconych lanych granulatów i utrwalanych półproduktów budowlanych, przede wszystkim do kształtowania utwardzanych obiektów gruntowych oraz zalewania i rekultywacji technicznej składowisk popiołów lotnych, która to mieszanka zawiera następujące składniki: a) mieszankę popiołów fluidalnych, składającą się z fluidalnego popiołu lotnego z filtrów i fluidalnego popiołu dennego; b) typowy popiół lotny z filtrów; c) kamień gipsowy; przy czym suche składniki surowcowe a), b) i c) są przed optymalnym zwilżeniem dobierane w następujący sposób: mieszanka popiołów fluidalnych co najmniej w ilości 10% masowych, przy czym średnica ziarna fluidalnego popiołu lotnego z filtrów wynosi co najwyżej 1,0 mm, zaś zawartość wolnego CaO wynosi co najmniej 2,5% masowych, w odniesieniu do suchej masy, średnica ziarna fluidalnego popiołu dennego nie przekracza 4 mm, zaś zawartość wolnego CaO wynosi co najmniej 6% masowych, w odniesieniu do suchej masy, przy czym mieszanka popiołu fluidalnego z filtrów i fluidalnego popiołu dennego zawiera co najmniej 4,5% masowych wolnego CaO, w każdym przypadku w odniesieniu do suchej masy, zawartość typowego popiołu z filtrów - 40-70% masowych, w odniesieniu do suchej masy, zawartość kamienia gipsowego wynosi do 35% masowych, w odniesieniu do suchej masy, zaś woda zarobowa dla osiągnięcia optymalnego zwilżenia mieszanki występuje w ilości 50-85% masowych wszystkich suchych składników surowcowych a), b) i c), w odniesieniu do suchej masy.The invention relates to a calcium pumpable composite mixture, consisting mainly of fly ash from heating plants and power plants, generated in the process of coal combustion, and optionally additives, for example fluidized ashes, used mainly for the production of enriched cast granulates and fixed construction semi-finished products, primarily for shaping hardened objects. ground ash and flooding and technical reclamation of fly ash landfills, which mixture contains the following components: a) fluidized ash mixture, consisting of fluidized filter fly ash and fluidized bottom ash; (b) typical filter fly ash; c) plaster stone; wherein the dry raw material components a), b) and c) are selected before optimal wetting as follows: a mixture of fluidized fly ash in the amount of at least 10% by mass, and the grain diameter of the fluidized fly ash from the filters is at most 1.0 mm, and the free CaO content is at least 2.5% by mass, based on dry matter, the diameter of the fluidized bottom ash grains does not exceed 4 mm, and the free CaO content is at least 6% by mass, based on dry matter, wherein the mixture of fluidized bottom ash from filters and fluidized bottom ash contains at least 4.5% by mass of free CaO, in each case based on dry matter, the content of typical filter ash - 40-70% by mass, referred to dry matter, the content of gypsum stone is up to 35 % by mass, related to dry matter, and the mixing water to achieve optimal wetting of the mixture is present in the amount of 50-85% by mass of all dry raw material components a), b) and c), in relation to dry matter.
