Abstract

Układ przetwornicy dwukierunkowej posiada zasobnik energii (BAT) dołączony jednym zaciskiem do masy układu, a drugim zaciskiem do zacisku napięcia wejściowego (Uwe) oraz pierwszego zacisku cewki indukcyjnej (L), której drugi zacisk dołączony jest do drenu tranzystora pierwszego (Q1), katody diody pierwszej (D1), drenu tranzystora drugiego (Q2) oraz anody diody drugiej (D2). Katoda diody drugiej (D2) dołączona jest do źródła tranzystora drugiego (Q2), dodatniego zacisku kondensatora (C), zacisku napięcia wyjściowego (Uwy), układu sterującego (US), katody diody trzeciej (D3) oraz źródła tranzystora trzeciego (Q3), którego dren dołączony jest do zacisku napięcia zasilania zewnętrznego (Uzas) oraz anody diody trzeciej (D3). Bramki tranzystorów pierwszego (Q1), drugiego (Q2) oraz trzeciego (Q3) dołączone są do układu sterującego (US). Źródło tranzystora pierwszego (Q1), anoda diody pierwszej (D1) oraz ujemny zacisk kondensatora (C) dołączone są do masy układu.The bidirectional converter system has an energy storage (BAT) connected by one terminal to the system ground, and the other by the input voltage terminal (Uwe) and the first terminal of the induction coil (L), whose second terminal is connected to the drain of the first transistor (Q1), diode cathode first (D1), drain of the second transistor (Q2) and anode of the second diode (D2). The second diode cathode (D2) is connected to the second transistor source (Q2), the positive capacitor terminal (C), the output voltage terminal (Uwy), the control system (US), the third cathode diode (D3) and the third transistor source (Q3), whose drain is connected to the external supply voltage terminal (Uzas) and the third diode anode (D3). The gates of the first (Q1), second (Q2) and third (Q3) transistors are connected to the control system (US). The source of the first transistor (Q1), the first diode anode (D1) and the negative terminal of the capacitor (C) are connected to the system ground.
