Barierowa wielowarstwowa folia, w szczególności do zakiszania pasz, wytwarzana metoda współwytłaczania techniką rozdmuchu, o trwałej strukturze warstw, charakteryzuje się tym, że przepuszczalność tlenu jest mniejszą niż 100 cm3/(m2 * doba * bar) i przepuszczalność pary wodnej mniejszą niż 20 g/(m2 * doba) przy 40°C i wilgotności względnej 90%, a dodatkowo folia składa się z pięciu warstw: warstwa 1 składająca się z mieszaniny polietylenu małej gęstości (PE-LD) o MFR wynoszącym 0,3-1,0g/10 min (190°C, 2,16 kg) i kopolimeru etylenu z wyższą ?-olefiną w ilości 2-15% masowych, przy czym stosunek kopolimeru etylen-?-olefina do PE-LD wynosi od 1:10 -1:1, warstwa 2 składająca się z tworzyw o właściwościach polarnych, warstwa 3 składająca się z tworzyw o słabej przenikalności tlenu, warstwa 4 składająca się z tworzyw biodegradowalnych, warstwa 5 wytwarzana z polietylenu małej gęstości, przy czym w skutek biodegradacji warstwy 4, folia ulega rozwarstwieniu na powłokę A złożoną z warstw 1-3 i stanowiącą powłokę zewnętrzną o podwyższonej odporności na przedarcie oraz powłokę B złożoną z warstwy 5 i stanowiącą powłokę wewnętrzną.Multilayer barrier film, in particular for ensilage of fodders, coextrusion blow molding method, with durable layer structure, is characterized by the fact that oxygen permeability is less than 100 cm3 / (m2 * day * bar) and water vapor permeability less than 20 g / (m2 * day) at 40 ° C and 90% relative humidity, in addition, the film consists of five layers: layer 1 consisting of a mixture of low density polyethylene (PE-LD) with an MFR of 0.3-1.0g / 10 min (190 ° C, 2.16 kg) and a copolymer of ethylene with a higher α-olefin in an amount of 2-15% by mass, with the ratio of ethylene-α-olefin to PE-LD copolymer from 1:10 -1: 1, layer 2 consisting of materials with polar properties, layer 3 consisting of materials with low oxygen permeability, layer 4 consisting of biodegradable materials, layer 5 made of low density polyethylene, and as a result of biodegradation of layer 4, the film undergoes layering on the coating A consisting of layers 1-3 and constituting the outer coating with increased tear resistance and the coating B consisting of the layer 5 and constituting the inner coating.
