Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, oraz zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach: Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, oraz Fig. 1.3. Lampion sklada sie z nakrycia, charakterystycznego szklanego kasetonu, oraz podstawy, o charakterystycznych ksztaltach i ukladzie linii jak na Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, oraz Fig. 1.3. Kaseton lampionu, którego sciany sa przezroczyste wykonane z powierzchni plaskich charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze w wewnetrznej czesci kasetonu znajduje sie przestrzenna bryla wykonana z pólprzezroczystego materialu, korzystnie przydymianego, lub zmatowionego szkla, jak na Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, oraz Fig. 1.3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape, line arrangement, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. The lantern consists of a cover, a characteristic glass coffer, and a base with the characteristic shapes and line arrangement as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. A lantern coffer whose walls are transparent and made of flat surfaces, characterized in that the inner part of the coffer contains a spatial block made of translucent material, preferably smoked or frosted glass, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. A lantern whose cover and base are black, whose front and back walls are rectangular. As in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. At the front of the coffer, on the inner spatial block from the front, a decoration in the form of a black flower is placed, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3. Essential Features of an Industrial Design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the lantern consists of a cover, a characteristic glass coffer, and a base with characteristic shapes and line arrangement as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3.
