Abstract

A support rail (1) for a wall heater eg. radiator, is made from one or more components and has vertical slots into which are positioned tags with ratchet teeth (7) to grip the upper lip (12) of each slot. The tags are fitted onto the shafts of securing screws (5,6) fitted into the wall. The edges of the tags are turned over to form flanges (11) which align inside the vertical edges of the slots. The ratchet teeth provide a vertical adjustment for the support rail. The tags can be made of plastic.
