Noga meblowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa wewnatrz wydrazona wykonana z metalu lub tworzywa sztucznego, stosowana jako wyposazenie szaf, szafek, komód, biurek itp. elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia noge meblowa w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2 - te sama noge w widoku z boku, fig.3 - te sama noge w widoku z tylu, a fig.4 - te sama noge w widoku z góry. Noge meblowa stanowi bryla monolityczna wewnatrz wydrazona, która stanowia dwie usytuowane naprzeciw i równolegle do siebie oraz przesuniete wzgledem siebie sciany w ksztalcie prostokatów o znacznie zróznicowanych ich dlugosciach z zaokraglonymi ich jednymi krótszymi bokami, których boki proste i zaokraglone polaczone sa ze soba bocznymi skosnie usytuowanymi wzgledem siebie scianami i laczaca je pólokragla sciana przednia usytuowana pod katem rozwartym w stosunku do górnej plaskiej sciany zaopatrzonej w cztery otwory montazowe. Tylna sciana nogi ma ksztalt ramki trapezowej ze zbieznoscia w kierunku dolnej podstawy, w której osadzona jest okragla stopka tworzywowa tworzac wewnetrzne wydrazenie nogi. Tylne boki scian bocznych w górnej czesci polaczone sa krótkimi odcinkami prostopadle polaczonymi z koncami prostego boku górnej sciany z otworami montazowymi, przy czym tylne konce plaskiej sciany górnej z otworami montazowymi polaczone sa poprzez krótkie prostopadle usytuowane do niej odcinki oraz skosnie usytuowane boki scian bocznych z koncami prostego boku podstawy zaopatrzonej w stopke.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Noga meblowa wewnatrz wydrazona wykonana korzystnie z metalu, pokazana na rysunku fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi ja bryla monolityczna wewnatrz wydrazona, która stanowia dwie usytuowane naprzeciw i równolegle do siebie oraz przesuniete wzgledem siebie sciany w ksztalcie prostokatów o znacznie zróznicowanych ich dlugosciach z zaokraglonymi ich jednymi krótszymi bokami, których boki proste i zaokraglone polaczone sa ze soba bocznymi skosnie usytuowanymi wzgledem siebie scianami i laczaca je pólokragla sciana przednia usytuowana pod katem rozwartym w stosunku do górnej plaskiej sciany zaopatrzonej w cztery otwory montazowe. - tylna sciana nogi ma ksztalt ramki trapezowej ze zbieznoscia w kierunku dolnej podstawy, w której osadzona jest okragla stopka tworzywowa tworzac wewnetrzne wydrazenie nogi, natomiast tylne boki scian bocznych w górnej czesci polaczone sa krótkimi odcinkami prostopadle polaczonymi z koncami prostego boku górnej sciany z otworami montazowymi, przy czym tylne konce plaskiej sciany górnej z otworami montazowymi polaczone sa poprzez krótkie prostopadle usytuowane do niej odcinki oraz skosnie usytuowane boki scian bocznych z koncami prostego boku podstawy zaopatrzonej w stopke. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture leg in perspective views from the front, side, and top; Fig. 2 shows the same leg from the side; Fig. 3 shows the same leg from the back; and Fig. 4 shows the same leg from the top. The furniture leg is a monolithic structure with a hollow interior, comprised of two rectangular walls, opposite and parallel to each other, offset relative to each other, of significantly different lengths, with one of their shorter sides rounded. The straight and rounded sides are connected by diagonal side walls, and the connecting semicircular front wall is positioned at an obtuse angle to the upper flat wall, which is provided with four mounting holes. The rear wall of the leg is shaped like a trapezoidal frame, tapering towards the lower base, where a round plastic foot is embedded, creating the internal cavity of the leg. The rear sides of the side walls in the upper part are connected by short segments perpendicularly connected to the ends of the straight side of the upper wall with mounting holes, while the rear ends of the flat upper wall with mounting holes are connected by short segments perpendicularly situated to it and obliquely situated sides of the side walls to the ends of the straight side of the base provided with a foot.2 Essential features of the industrial design Furniture leg, hollow inside, preferably made of metal, shown in fig. 1-4 is characterized by the following: - it is a monolithic body, hollow inside, which consists of two rectangular walls located opposite and parallel to each other and shifted with respect to each other, of significantly different lengths, with one of their shorter sides rounded, the straight and rounded sides of which are connected to each other by obliquely situated side with respect to each other and a semicircular front wall connecting them, situated at an obtuse angle in relation to the upper flat wall provided with four mounting holes. - the rear wall of the leg has the shape of a trapezoidal frame, tapering towards the lower base, in which a round plastic foot is mounted, creating an internal cavity in the leg, while the rear sides of the side walls in the upper part are connected by short segments perpendicularly connected to the ends of the straight side of the upper wall with mounting holes, wherein the rear ends of the flat upper wall with mounting holes are connected by short segments perpendicularly situated to it and the obliquely situated sides of the side walls to the ends of the straight side of the base provided with a foot.
