Butelka z uchwytem. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z uchwytem przeznaczona zwlaszcza do plynnych srodków czystosci. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i ksztalcie uchwytu, co nadaje mu indywidualny charakter. Przetloczenie w ksztalcie pólksiezyca górnej czesci stozka, powoduje wystawanie jego krawedzi poza obrys scian bocznych i sciany przedniej butelki. Poza obrys tych scian w tym samym stopniu co stozek wystaja równiez krawedzie niewielkiego paska przy dnie butelki, równoleglego do dna, wystepujace z przodu i na bokach . Boki butelki w czesci srodkowej sa lekko wklesle. Z tylu, w górnej czesci butelki jest stozkowate eliptyczne wyciecie tworzace uchwyt. Na obu bokach sa niewielkie wklesniecia w ksztalcie przypominajacym lezke. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its overall shape, line arrangement, and the shape of the handle, which gives it a unique character. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the bottom; Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the back with a visible handle; Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the side with a visible handle; Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the front. The bottle with a handle, as shown in the design, is made of cylindrical plastic, slightly flattened on the front, topped with an elliptical truncated cone. The crescent-shaped embossing of the upper part of the cone causes its edges to protrude beyond the contour of the side walls and the front wall of the bottle. The edges of a small strip at the bottom of the bottle, parallel to the bottom, extend beyond these walls to the same extent as the cone. The sides of the bottle are slightly concave in the middle. At the back, in the upper part of the bottle, there is a conical, elliptical cutout that forms a handle. On both sides are small, teardrop-shaped concavities. All edges of the bottle are rounded. 2. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The bottle with a handle, according to the industrial design, is made of cylindrical plastic, slightly flattened on the front, topped with an elliptical truncated cone. The crescent-shaped roll of the upper part of the cone causes its edges to protrude beyond the outline of the side walls and the front wall of the bottle.
