The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the word-graphic-color arrangement of the front and sides of the sweets packaging. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, showing the sweets packaging in a perspective view. The sweets packaging has the shape of a flattened cuboid, the upper part of which has a navy blue field along its entire width, adjacent to the upper side of the side, which is almost rectangular in shape with a concave lower side, surrounded by arcing white stripes and placed on a navy blue background with an arcing inscription "Wawel" in stylized block letters in white with a blue tint. In the lower part, this wall features a narrow, rectangular, navy blue element along its entire width, with the upper, significantly convex side framed by two arcing gray lines, creating a perspective impression of this arcing side. The remaining surface of this front wall of the packaging has a gray background with shades of gray, on which, at the top, there is a drawing of a section of a burgundy ring with the inscription "MICHALKI" in large, white block letters arranged in an arc, surrounded by a yellow border, and below it, the inscription "zamkowe" in small, slightly stylized burgundy letters. Below these inscriptions on a grey background there is an image of two brown cuboid chocolates with wavy upper surfaces, one cross-sectioned chocolate with brown side walls and a light brown cross-sectioned front with yellow inclusions imitating nuts, around which there are images of four nuts in their natural colours, while under the two full chocolates there is a cuboid chocolate in a grey wrapper, the two longer sides of which have two word-graphic elements each: one in the shape of a blue rectangle with a concave lower side and the inscription "Wawel" in white written in stylised letters, and below it an element in the shape of a red ring segment with the inscription "Michałki" in white, and below it the inscription "zamkowe" in brown.
