The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique character, imbued with features of lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The aesthetic effect is achieved by the subtle composition of a slender female silhouette with an area containing stylized graphic elements and a cluster of fancifully arranged leaves, giving the label a distinctive and original appearance. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs from a general view, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates the tea packaging label containing specially selected ingredients for women over 20. Fig. 2 illustrates the tea packaging label containing specially selected ingredients for women over 30. Fig. 3 illustrates the label of a tea package containing specially selected ingredients for women over 45 years of age. The label of the tea package, based on an industrial design, is characterized by the inscription "SlimFigura" in the central part with a strongly stylized letter "S" and slightly below it has the inscription "age w". On the right side of the label there is a colored area with sophisticated graphic elements, topped on one side with a bunch of letters in shaded green, and on the other side with an image of a slender woman's silhouette with an outline similar to the profile of a stylized letter "S". On the left side of the label there is a colored area with a shaded light green color and, within the polygon area, there is a fancy outline of a leaf, on which there is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE", wherein the polygon area, the outline of the fancy leaf, and the inscriptions are shaded green, and the background of the leaf is light green. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has the area on the right side shaded orange and the inscription: "Specially selected ingredients for women over 20 years of age". Above the inscription "SlimFigura" there is the inscription: "20+". The variant of the design shown in Fig. 2 has the area on the right side shaded red and the inscription: "Specially selected ingredients for women over 30 years of age". Above the inscription "SlimFigura" there is the inscription: "30+". The second variation of the pattern shown in Fig.3 has the area on the right side colored in a shaded pink and the inscription: "Specially selected ingredients for women over 45 years of age". Above the inscription "SlimFigura" there is the inscription: "45+". Essential features of the industrial design: - the label has the inscription "SlimFigura" with a strongly stylized letter "S", - the label has the inscription "age", - the label features exposed inscriptions made of two-digit numbers with a graphic element of the "plus" sign, - on the right side of the label there is a colored area with sophisticated graphic elements, topped on one side with a bunch of letters in shaded green, and on the other side with an image of a slender woman's silhouette with an outline similar to the profile of the stylized letter "S" • - in the upper part of the label, in the area of a polygon, there is a fanciful outline of a leaf, on which there is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE", wherein the area of the polygon, the outline of the fanciful leaf, and the inscriptions are in a shaded green, and the background of the leaf is light green.
