Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i urzadzenie do wykonywania slizgowego wysokoscio¬ wych budowli z zelbetu, w szczególnosci kominów, wiez telewizyjnych i zbiorników.Znane sa dotychczas urzadzenia slizgowe do wykonania budowli z zelbetu. W urzadzeniach tego typu deskowanie zewnetrzne i wewnetrzne mocowane jest nieprzesuwnie w kierunku piono¬ wym do konstrukcji nosnej urzadzenia. W czasie podnoszenia urzadzenia podnoszone sa równiez plyty deskowania. Tego typu deskowania, ze wzgledu na wystepujace sily tarcia miedzy swiezym betonem a plytami deskowania, nie moga byc stosowane do wykonywania scian o dostatecznej grubosci. Ta metoda wykonuje sie sciany o grubosci na ogól nie mniejszej od 15 cm. Ponadto jednoczesne podnoszenie calego urzadzenia slizgowego lacznie z plytami deskowania zwieksza mase podnoszonej konstrukcji.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie sposobu slizgowego wykonywania budowli wysokoscio¬ wych i urzadzenia do realizacji tego sposobu, usuwajacych wyzej wymienione niedogodnosci stanu techniki.Istota sposobu wedlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze plyty deskowania sciany zewnetrznej podnosi sie za pomoca silowników, niezaleznie od plyt deskowania sciany wewnetrznej. Plyty deskowania sciany wewnetrznej podnosi sie równiez za pomoca silowników, niezaleznie od plyt deskowania sciany zewnetrznej. Cale urzadzenie slizgowe podnoszone jest, niezaleznie od ruchu plyt, za pomoca urzadzeniadzwigowego. ¦ Istota konstrukcji wedlug wynalazku jest to, ze pomiedzy prowadnicami urzadzenia, które polaczone sa z rama poprzez silowniki, a plytami deskowania znajduja sie silowniki.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku umozliwia wykonywanie zelbetowych scian o mniejszych grubosciach w porównaniu z gruboscia scian wykonywanych za pomoca znanych dotychczas urzadzen slizgowych. W urzadzeniu mozna równiez ustawic deskowanie zewnetrzne i wewnetrzne na róznym poziomie i nastepnie, po unieruchomieniu tych deskowan w stosunku do calego urzadzenia slizgowego, mozna je podnosic wraz z calym urzadzeniem. Mozna np. ustawic desko¬ wanie, znajdujace sie po zewnetrznej stronie budowli, wyzej od deskowania zanjdujacego sie od\ i \ ( 2 133 362 wewnatrz budowli i nastepnie podnosic urzadzenie. This type of formwork, due to the frictional forces between the fresh concrete and the formwork plates, cannot be used to construct walls of sufficient thickness. This method is used to make walls generally not less than 15 cm thick. Moreover, the simultaneous lifting of the entire sliding device, including the formwork boards, increases the mass of the structure to be lifted. The object of the invention is to develop a method of sliding construction of high-rise structures and a device for the implementation of this method, eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art. The essence of the method according to the invention is that the boards are The external wall formwork is lifted by means of actuators, independently of the internal wall formwork plates. The inner-wall formwork plates are also lifted by means of cylinders, independently of the outer-wall formwork plates.
