Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ mikroreaktora przepływowego zawierający element (1) doprowadzający mieszaninę reakcyjną do mikroreaktora, który stanowi kapilara polimerowa (6) z osadzonym wewnątrz fotokatalizatorem, charakteryzujący się tym, że kapilara polimerowa (6) jest nawinięta na pręt (5) i razem z prętem (5) są umieszczone w obudowie-radiatorze zapewniającej szczelność świetlną (3), wyposażonej wewnątrz w co najmniej dwie diody elektroluminescencyjne LED (4) rozmieszczone radialnie wokół pręta (5) z nawiniętą na nim kapilara polimerową (6) i oświetlające kapilarę polimerową (6) oraz wentylator (2), przy czym jeden koniec kapilary polimerowej (5) jest połączony z elementem (1), a drugi z elementem (7) odbierającym mieszaninę poreakcyjną.The subject of the application is a flow microreactor system comprising an element (1) for feeding a reaction mixture to the microreactor, which is a polymer capillary (6) with a photocatalyst embedded inside, characterized in that the polymer capillary (6) is wound on a rod (5) and together with the rod (5) are placed in a housing-radiator ensuring light tightness (3), equipped inside with at least two LED light-emitting diodes (4) arranged radially around the rod (5) with the polymer capillary (6) wound on it and illuminating the polymer capillary (6) and the fan (2), wherein one end of the polymer capillary (5) is connected to the element (1) and the other to the element (7) receiving the post-reaction mixture.
