Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uchwyt do przedmiotu obrabianego w obrabiarce, zawierający podstawę do montażu na obrabiarce połączoną z korpusem oraz zawierający ponad korpusem głowicę z wybraniem do umieszczania i mocowania obrabianego elementu. Wybranie ma poziome dno i powierzchnie boczne i jedna z powierzchni bocznych jest nachylona ku dnu i tworzy mocowanie na jaskółczy ogon. W głowicy jest rowek, prostopadły do wzdłużnej osi wybrania i przechodzący przez jedną powierzchnię boczną i wybranie. W rowku umieszczony jest przesuwnie element dociskający, który ma powierzchnię końcową ukośną, nachyloną ku dnu i element dociskający dokręcany jest śrubą umieszczoną w gwintowanym otworze przechodzącym przez element dociskający i głowicę. Uchwyt charakteryzuje się tym, że pomiędzy korpusem (2) a głowicą (3) zamontowana jest rozłącznie płytka dystansowa (12) i ponadto druga powierzchnia boczna (6b) jest nachylona ku dnu (5) wybrania (4).The subject of the application is a holder for a workpiece in a machine tool, comprising a base for mounting on the machine tool connected to the body and comprising a head above the body with a recess for placing and securing the workpiece. The holder is characterized in that a spacer plate (12) is releasably mounted between the body (2) and the head (3) and furthermore the second side surface (6b) is inclined towards the bottom (5) of the recess (4).
