Abstract

Mechanizm zmiany położenia zagłówka, zwłaszcza do mebli tapicerowanych, mający silnik elektryczny napędzający ruchomą w pionie karetkę oraz prowadnice, na których umieszczone są przesuwnie suwaki stanowiące oprawy łożyskowe, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma synchronizator w postaci płyty przymocowanej do ruchomych suwaków oraz zestawy cięgieł (3), prawy i lewy stanowiące lustrzane odbicie względem siebie, z których to każdy zestaw cięgieł (3) zbudowany jest z cięgła dolnego (17) połączonego przegubowo za pomocą nitu z dołem cięgła zagłówka (18) oraz przegubowo za pomocą nitu z dołem cięgła sterującego (21), a cięgło zagłówka (18) zamocowane jest swą dolną częścią do synchronizatora i swą górną częścią połączone jest przegubowo za pomocą nitu z kątownikiem (23), natomiast cięgło sterujące (21) swą górną częścią połączone jest przegubowo za pomocą nitu z kątownikiem (23), zaś na zakończeniu cięgła dolnego (17) znajduje się prowadnik (27) umieszczony przesuwnie w ukośnie położonym wybraniu (11) w ścianie bocznej (5) korpusu (1). Prowadnice (6) zamocowane są do korpusu (1), a karetka (13) zamocowana jest do wsporników synchronizatora.A mechanism for changing the position of the headrest, especially for upholstered furniture, having an electric motor driving a vertically movable carriage and guides on which sliders constituting bearing housings are slidably placed, is characterized in that it has a synchronizer in the form of a plate attached to the movable sliders and sets of rods (3), the right and left ones being mirror images of each other, each set of rods (3) consisting of a lower rod (17) connected in an articulated manner by means of a rivet to the bottom of the headrest rod (18) and in an articulated manner by means of a rivet to the bottom of the control rod (21), and the headrest rod (18) is attached with its lower part to the synchronizer and with its upper part is connected in an articulated manner by means of a rivet to the angle bracket (23), while the control rod (21) with its upper part is connected in an articulated manner by means of a rivet to the angle bracket (23), and at the end of the lower rod (17) there is a guide (27) is slidably placed in a diagonally arranged recess (11) in the side wall (5) of the body (1). The guides (6) are attached to the body (1), and the carriage (13) is attached to the synchronizer brackets.
