Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest montażownica, zwłaszcza do zakładania wykładzin segmentowych w bieżniach kół odciskowych i kierunkowych. Rozwiązanie jest stosowane zwłaszcza w szybach górniczych i kolejach linowych do współpracy z kołami linowymi. Montażownica, zawierająca siłownik hydrauliczny dwustronnego działania, z cylindrem i tłoczyskiem, do współpracy z bieżnią koła linowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że do tłoczyska (1b) przymocowany jest uchylnie element popychający (2), natomiast cylinder (1a) jest uchylnie przymocowany do elementu poprzecznego (4), na którego jednym końcu znajduje się blok (7) z rękojeścią (8), zaś na drugim końcu elementu poprzecznego (4) znajduje się stopa samoklinująca (5), o szerokości równej szerokości wnętrza bieżni i o przekroju bocznym prostokątnym o wysokości nie większej niż wysokość wnętrza bieżni oraz którego przekątna tworzy kąt z promieniem koła linowego nie mniejszy niż 10 stopni.The subject of the utility model is a tire changer, especially for installing segmented floor coverings in the treads of imprint and directional wheels. The solution is used especially in mining shafts and cable railways to cooperate with rope wheels. The tire changer, containing a double-acting hydraulic cylinder with a cylinder and a piston rod, for cooperation with the cable wheel raceway, is characterized by the fact that a pushing element (2) is pivotally attached to the piston rod (1b), while the cylinder (1a) is pivotally attached to the transverse element (4), at one end of which there is a block (7) with a handle (8), and at the other end of the transverse element (4) there is a self-wedging foot (5), with a width equal to the width of the interior of the treadmill and a rectangular side section with a height of greater than the height of the interior of the treadmill and whose diagonal makes an angle with the radius of the pulley of not less than 10 degrees.
