Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy urządzenia zakrętkowego przeznaczonego do mocowania na szyjce (2) pojemnika w celu blokowania otworu we wspomnianej szyjce (2), przy czym urządzenie zakrętkowe zawiera: - dolny pierścień (3) zawierający pierwszy sektor (15) przeznaczony do osiowego utrzymywania przy szyjce (2) i drugi sektor (16); - zakrętkę (4); oraz - urządzenie przegubowe (6) które łączy zakrętkę (4) z drugim sektorem (16) dolnego pierścienia (3); - przy czym pierwszy sektor (15) i drugi sektor (16) dolnego pierścienia (3) są przegubowo połączone ze sobą w taki sposób, że drugi sektor (16) uchyla się względem pierwszego sektora (15) z pozycji obniżonej do pozycji uniesionej tak aby zakrętka (4) mogła przemieszczać się osiowo w kierunku od szyjki (2) z położenia zablokowanego do położenia swobodnego, w którym wspomniana zakrętka (4) nie jest już przymocowana do szyjki (2) pojemnika; przy czym urządzenie przegubowe (6) jest przystosowane tak aby umożliwiać uchylanie się nakrętki (4) pomiędzy wspomnianą pozycją swobodną a otwartą, zgiętą pozycją w której zakrętka (4) jest usunięta z otworu szyjki. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także zestaw, który zawiera pojemnik, wyposażony w szyjkę (2),zawierającą kołnierz sprzęgający i otwór oraz urządzenie zakrętkowe, w którym pierwszy odcinek pierścienia dolnego (3) urządzenia zakrętkowego jest utrzymywany osiowo w kołnierzu sprzęgającym szyjki (2).The invention relates to a screwing device to be mounted on a neck (2) of a container to block an opening in said neck (2), the screwing device comprising: - a lower ring (3) comprising a first sector (15) intended to be axially retained at the neck (2) ) and a second sector (16); - a cap (4); and - an articulation device (6) that connects the cap (4) to the second sector (16) of the lower ring (3); - the first sector (15) and the second sector (16) of the lower ring (3) are articulated to each other such that the second sector (16) tilts with respect to the first sector (15) from a lowered position to a raised position so as to the cap (4) is able to move axially away from the neck (2) from a locked position to a relaxed position, in which said cap (4) is no longer attached to the neck (2) of the container; the articulation device (6) being adapted to allow the nut (4) to tilt between said free position and an open, bent position in which the cap (4) is removed from the neck opening. The subject of the application is also an assembly which comprises a container having a neck (2) including an engaging flange and an opening and a screw cap device in which a first section of the bottom ring (3) of the screwing device is axially retained in the coupling flange of the neck (2).
