Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest modułowa elektroda zgrzewarki wysokoczęstotliwościowej HF do zabieraków syntetycznych taśm przenośnikowych charakteryzująca się tym, że wyposażona jest w moduły lewe (3) i prawe (9, 10, 11) o długości 50 mm oraz wielokrotności tej długości do 900 mm. Moduły można ze sobą dowolnie łączyć wzdłuż mocowania górnego elektrody za pomocą kołków mocujących, uzyskując tym samym jej pożądaną długość w zakresie 50 ÷ 900 mm. Pomiędzy modułami lewymi i prawymi umieszczone są dystanse (6), których szerokość jest zależna od szerokości przekroju poprzecznego podstawy zabieraka i wynosi od 3 ÷ 55 mm. Dystanse oraz podstawy lewe i prawe mają określoną długość odpowiadającą długościom poszczególnych modułów. Rozwiązanie wykorzystane w opisywanym wzorze znajduje zastosowanie przy łączeniu zabieraków o różnych długościach, wysokościach, głębokościach i szerokościach ich podstawy z taśmą syntetyczną. Pozwala także, dzięki łączonym modułom, na połączenie dowolnej liczby zabieraków z taśmą w dowolnym miejscu na jej szerokości w zakresie, 50 - 900 mm.The subject of the application is a modular electrode of an HF high-frequency welder for synthetic carriers of conveyor belts, characterized by the fact that it is equipped with left (3) and right (9, 10, 11) modules with a length of 50 mm and multiples of this length up to 900 mm. The modules can be freely connected along the upper electrode mounting with the use of mounting pins, thus obtaining its desired length in the range of 50 ÷ 900 mm. Spacers (6) are placed between the left and right modules, the width of which depends on the width of the cross-section of the driver base and ranges from 3 ÷ 55 mm. Spacers and left and right bases have a specific length corresponding to the lengths of individual modules. The solution used in the described formula is used when connecting carriers of various lengths, heights, depths and widths of their base with a synthetic tape. It also allows, thanks to the combined modules, to connect any number of carriers with the belt in any place on its width in the range of 50 - 900 mm.
