FOTEL Z MATERIALU NA STELAZU DREWNIANYM Przedmiotem zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel z materialu na drewnianym stelazu, umownie nazwanym - „Fotel Bajka". W przedstawionej postaci sklada sie on z siedziska pokiytego materialem oraz drewnianego stelazu. Siedzisko przedstawione na lysunku „Fig." 1A oraz IB, ma ksztalt poziomo ulozonej plaszczyzny zblizonej w swym rzucie do kwadratu. Grubosc siedziska wynosi okolo 5 cm. Scisle z siedziskiem polaczone jest oparcie, rys. „Fig. 1C " ,które pod nodpowiednim katem jest odchylone ku tylowi. W swym ksztalcie oparcie jest plaszczyzna zblizona do pionowego prostokata z zaokraglonymi górnymi naroznikami. Powierzchnia oparcia jest znacznie wieksza od pow. siedziska. Grubosc oparcia jest identyczna jak w przypadku siedziska. Cecha najbardziej charakterystyczna fotela jest jego konstrukcja nosna, a scislej stelaz drewniany, który ja to zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczonych fotografiach oraz rysunkach sklada sie z dwóch, wygietych pod odpowiednim katem nóg, rys. „Fig. 1C", które za pomoca srub polaczone sa z podpórka nogi, tworzac jednolita calosc, bedac porecza oraz noga fotela. Charakterystyczne dla owego stelazu jest jego ksztalt na wysokosci poreczy, która przypomina sinusoide z wychodzacym poza oparcie fotela zakonczeniem skierowanym ku górze, rys. „Fig." 2C Z kolei ksztalt w czesci dolnej, stanowiacej nogi fotela, jest zblizony do wygietego pod niewielkim katem luku, rys. „Fig." 2C. Elementem usztywniajacym konstrukcje stelazu sa dwie poprzeczne, drewniane belki laczaca dwie podpórki nóg, co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografii „Fig. IB „ Co ciekawe, niemal cala konstrukcja stelaza jest elastyczna (gietka), umozliwiajaca minimalne, pionowe uginanie sie konstrukcji.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów fotela Bajka, przejawiajacego sie w jego ksztalcie, linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajacych do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku oraz fotografii zalaczonych do wniosku. Cechami charakterystycznymi prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego nadajacymi mu specyficzne i oryginalne walory sa zawarte w jego stylistyce, a w szczególnosci ksztalcie stelazu drewnianego, stanowiacego konstrukcje nosna fotela, a w szczególnosci jego ksztalt na wysokosci poreczy oraz nóg. Kolejnymi cechami prezentowanego fotela jest jego nowoczesna stylistyka, design oraz mozliwosc wykorzystywania go w róznych konfiguracjach i zestawieniach z innymi meblami. Najwiekszym walorem wizualnym oraz uzytkowym prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego jest drewniana konstrukcja nosna fotela (stelaza drewnianego).„Fig." 1„Fig." 2 PL PLFABRIC ARMCHAIR ON A WOODEN FRAME The subject of the submitted industrial design is an armchair made of fabric on a wooden frame, conventionally named - "Bajka Armchair". In the shown form, it consists of a seat covered with fabric and a wooden frame. The seat shown in drawings "Fig." 1A and 1B has the shape of a horizontal plane, approximately square in its projection. The seat thickness is approximately 5 cm. Closely connected to the seat is the backrest, fig. "Fig. 1C", which is tilted backwards at a suitable angle. In its shape, the backrest is a plane approximately like a vertical rectangle with rounded upper corners. The surface of the backrest is significantly larger than the surface of the seat. The thickness of the backrest is identical to that of the seat. The most characteristic feature of the armchair is its supporting structure, or more precisely, the wooden frame, which is shown in the attached photographs and drawings. It consists of two legs bent at an appropriate angle, fig. "Fig. 1C", which are connected to the leg support with screws, creating a single whole, acting as the armrest and leg of the armchair. A characteristic feature of this frame is its shape at the armrest height, which resembles a sinusoid with its tip extending beyond the backrest and pointing upwards, fig. "Fig." 2C. In turn, the shape of the lower part, constituting the legs of the armchair, is similar to an arc bent at a slight angle, fig. "Fig." 2C. The frame's structure is stiffened by two transverse wooden beams connecting the two leg supports, as shown in photograph "Fig. IB." Interestingly, almost the entire frame structure is flexible (pliable), allowing for minimal vertical deflection. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essence of the industrial design is the new, three-dimensional shaping of the individual elements of the Bajka armchair, manifested in its shape, lines, and colors, all aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material – a drawing and photographs attached to the application. The characteristic features of the presented industrial design, giving it its specific and original values, are contained in its style, in particular the shape of the wooden frame, which constitutes the armchair's supporting structure, and in particular its shape at the height of the armrests and legs. Other features of the presented armchair include its modern style, design, and the ability to use it in various configurations and combinations with other furniture.
