Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest inhibitor korozji przeznaczony do stosowania zwlaszcza w preparatach ochrony czasowej. Znany jest z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 92 191 srodek do polepszania wlasnosci przeciw¬ korozyjnych preparatów czasowej ochrony, który zawiera oleinian 4-/2-aminoetylo/-morfoliny i monoester olei- nianu trójetanoloaminy lub oleinianu dwuetanoloaminy.Znany jest równiez z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 88 130 srodek czasowej ochrony stali przed korozja, któryzawiera polioksyetylenowany oktylofenol oraz sól etanoloaminowa wzglednie cynkowa, fosforan polioksy- etylenowanego oleinianu pentaerytrytu, polioksyetylenowany oleinian pentaerytrytu, fosforan trójetanoloaminy, oksyetylenowany wzglednie oksypropylenowany fosforan laurylu i oleinian pentaerytrytu. Znany jest z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 105 353 srodek antykorozyjny zawierajacy tanine, kwas ortofosforowy, wode, alkohol jednowodorotlenowy, amine i alkoholoamine oraz sole trójetanoloaminowe alkiloarylosulfonianów. Znany jest tez z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 120 181 srodek skladajacy sie z taniny korzystnie kwercitaniny, kwasu ortofosforowego, alkoholu etylowego, gliceryny, wody, trójetanoloaminy, urotropiny, soli trójetanoloaminowych alkiloarylosulfonianów, formaldehydu i krzemionki koloidalnej.Inhibitor korozji wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z 30 do 250 czesci wagowych taniny, korzystnie kwercitani¬ ny, 1 do 300 czesci wagowych soli kwasów tluszczowych o dlugosci lancucha od C6 do C22 z aminami, alkoho- loaminami lub oksyetylenowanymi aminami, od 1 do 300 czesci wagowych mydel Zn, Mg, Ca z kwasami tlusz¬ czowymi o dlugosci lancucha C5 do C22, 1 do 20 czesci wagowych oksyetylenowanych amidów kwasów tluszczowych o dlugosci lancucha C6 do C22. Inhibitor wprowadza sie do znanych srodków ochrony czasowej w ilosci 0,5 do 18% wagowych. Mozna go stosowac do srodków powlokowych bitumicznych, bitumiczno-zy- wicznych, zywiczno-woskowych, zywiczno-paraf inowych i olejowych.Zaleta inhibitora wedlug wynalazku jest to, ze charakteryzuje sie on wysoka efektywnoscia dzialania oraz dziala inhibitacyjnie w stosunku do powierzchni pokrytych produktami korozji, czego nie wykazuja znane inhibi¬ tory korozji przeznaczone do stosowania w srodkach ochrony powlokowej. Powloki wytworzone na zabezpie¬ czonych powierzchniach przy uzyciu znanych srodków ochrony czasowej, do których wprowadzono inhibitor wedlug wynalazku charakteryzuja sie znacznie wyzsza efektywnoscia ochronna w stosunku do takich samych powlok bez inhibitora,jak równiez w stosunku do takich samych powlok, do których wprowadzono znane inhibitory przenaczone do stosowania w srodkach ochrony powlokowej. Odnosi sie to zarówno do powierzchni oczyszczonych jak i powierzchni pokrytych warstwa rdzy.2 136 642 Przyklad I. The advantage of the inhibitor according to the invention is that it is characterized by high efficiency and inhibits surfaces covered with corrosion products, which is not shown by known corrosion inhibitors intended for use in protective coatings. The coatings produced on the protected surfaces with the use of known temporary protection agents, to which the inhibitor according to the invention was introduced, are characterized by a much higher protective effectiveness compared to the same coatings without the inhibitor, as well as in relation to the same coatings to which known inhibitors were introduced into for use in coating protection. This applies to both cleaned surfaces and surfaces covered with a rust layer.2 136 642 Example I. A corrosion inhibitor consists of 150 parts by weight of quercitanin, 100 parts by weight. triethanolamine oleate, 1 part by weight of Rokamid S-7 and 1 part by weight of zinc stearate. Example II. The corrosion inhibitor consists of 250 parts by weight of quercitanin, 20 parts by weight of triethanolamine linoleate, 15 parts by weight of Rokamid S-8 and 150 parts by weight of aluminum stearate. Example IV. The corrosion inhibitor consists of 100 parts by weight of quercitanin, 300 parts by weight of zinc oleate, 10 parts by weight of Rokamid S-8 and 1 part by weight of triethanolamine oleate.
