Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest łącznik mocujący systemu montażu paneli fotowoltaicznych, zawierający profil i kanał montażowy. Górna część (1a) łącznika (1) zawiera dwa równolegle osadzone profile zamknięte (2, 3), których dolne ściany są połączone, przy czym to połączenie stanowi dno (4) otwartego kanału montażowego (5), zaś boczne ściany kanału montażowego (5) utworzone przez wewnętrze boczne ściany profili (2, 3) w górnym odcinku mają wgłębienia (6) w kształcie litery C skierowane do wewnątrz profili (2, 3), a górne ściany profili (2, 3) wystają na zewnątrz poza obrys profili (2, 3), z kolei dolną część (1b) łącznika (1) tworzą dwie ściany dolne (7, 8), przy czym bliższa, dłuższa ściana dolna (7) jest zagięta do wewnątrz łącznika (1), a jej dolna krawędź posiada dodatkowe podłużne przetłoczenie (9) do wewnątrz łącznika (1), natomiast dalsza, krótsza ściana dolna (8) stanowi przedłużenie bocznej zewnętrznej ściany profilu (2), a dolna krawędź ściany dolnej (8) jest zagięta do wewnątrz dolnej części (1b) łącznika (1) tworząc kanał (10) w kształcie litery U.The subject of the utility model is the mounting connector of the photovoltaic panels assembly system, containing a profile and an assembly channel.
